With this report, officers can get a list of staff members who are new to a given mission. This is to say, if John Doe’s very first assignment in the selected mission relies within the period defined, he is going to be considered as new. Criteria Name Period Organization

Next Increment (WIG)

If a person has been working for a certain period within an organization, this person will be likely promoted. Prosis is capable of handling historical records of the grades of employees. If properly set, it is also capable of predict when the next grade increment will happen. The purpose of this report is to list all the employees whose next increment falls in a certain period of time. Criteria Name Mission Step Increase Date Initial Step Increase Date Final

2.6.3 This report shows the status of the staffing table as of a given date. Users can define a variety of filters in order to slice the information according to their needs. Description Organization or Entity to be filtered in the report. The report will show the status of the staffing table as of this date. Child units of the Organization selected Will show only those staff members whose appointment is expiring within this period. Will show only those staff members whose SPA is expiring within this period Include summary of amount of positions per unit. By checking this parameter, the report will consider GTA positions as vacant if the person who is occupying the post is not GTA. Show only SM who fall under this type of appointment limit. (Very UN) Display If the grade discrimination should be SM grade or position grade. Funding of the positions to be listed. Select here only the grades that you want to appear in the report.

Expiring Assignments

It is a list of assignments that will expire in a given period. Criteria Name
