Our Second Annual Meeting and Election Results Our second annual meeting held on November 12 at 7:00 pm was a success! A big thank you to the members who took the time to attend the meeting. The Board shared the latest information on current issues and solicited input from the membership. New business was discussed. The membership voted unanimously to elect the two candidates running for board positions to serve for a two-year term. The elected candidates are:

 

James Pittel - Vice President Barbara Berlin, Treasurer

The membership also approved unanimously a bylaw amendment for the two open General Director positions to expire and not be re-established after the initial two-year term. The positions expired at the Annual membership meeting and the overall board size is now reduced. Once again, the Promenade Civic Association board would like to thank Jill O’Day, former Vice President, and Christine Checca, former General Director, for their board service, commitment, and help in establishing the Promenade Civic Association and addressing issues in our community.
