Election Slate and Annual Meeting on November 10 We will hold our annual meeting and second Board of Directors election on Thursday, November 10 at 7:00 pm in Room 100 at the Glen Head School. At the meeting, we will provide an update of our membership and the current issues impacting our community. We will also vote for new board members for the open positions with terms expiring. As previously communicated, the nomination process ended November 5. We did not receive any additional candidates for the open board positions. As such, James O'Sullivan has agreed to seek the Secretary position instead of the General Director position as announced. Therefore, in response to the lack of candidates, we will also vote at the Annual Meeting to eliminate the General Director positions and reduce the overall board size. Below is the slate of board member posts currently up-for-vote to serve a two-year term:  

Mark Vineis - President (re-election) James O'Sullivan - Secretary (new post)

The election of officers shall be conducted by majority vote at the Annual Meeting. Voting is limited to one adult household member with one vote per membership home. Only members in good standing are permitted to vote. There is no proxy voting or write-in voting permitted. See you on Thursday at the annual meeting. Tell your neighbors.
