….  PROfessional  Services  delivered  with  MAXimum  value   KEY  PERSONNEL     GLENN  PORTER  –  MANAGING  DIRECTOR   Glenn  founded  GDP  Property  Services  and  spent  13  years  successfully  managing  the  company  from  1999  to  2012.   Prior  to  that  he  also  spent  13  years  working  within  the  Lift  &  BMU  Industry  beginning  as  an  Apprentice  Electrician   with  Johns  Perry  Lifts  in  1986  and  finishing  his  final  years  with  Otis  Elevators  and  Otis  Building  Technologies  (OBT)   in  1999.  OBT  offered  additional  services  similar  to  what  we  offer  today  at  PROMAX  Services.         Glenn’s   vision   and   leadership   saw   GDP   evolve   from   a   single   service   business   to   a   medium   sized   company   offering   a   range   of   facility   management   services.   Having   successfully   sold   the   business   and   taken   a   career   break   during   2013,  Glenn  came  to  realize  that  he  had  unfinished  business  in  the  industry  he  has  serviced  for  so  many  years.   Glenn  has  established  PROMAX  Services  with  a  new  sense  of  purpose,  vision  and  vigour  that  old  and  new  clients   will  once  again  come  to  appreciate  and  rely  on.     Glenn  has  worked  on  rooftops  within  Melbourne  CBD  from  the  age  of  16.  In  that  time  he  has  developed  a  unique   set   of   problem   solving   and   business   management   skills   that   further   compliments   his   core   trade   background   as   an   Electrician.       Glenn  is  a  Special  Class  Electrician,  Registered  Electrical  Contractor,  has  a  Diploma  in  Business  Management,  and   holds   his   Certificate   IV   in   Training   &   Assessment.   Worksafe   licenses   allow   him   to   complete   high-‐risk   works   in   Boom  Operated  Platforms,  Fork  Lift  Driving,  Dogman  and  C6  Crane  Operation.  As  Glenn  has  a  thirst  for  knowledge   he  has  also  registered  himself  to  complete  a  Diploma  in  Building  and  Construction,  which  will  commence  in  2014.       Glenn  has  for  many  years  mentored  and  groomed  staff  at  all  levels  and  always  strives  to  get  the  best  out  of  his   people,   through   his   core   values   that   the   company   also   promotes.   You   will   find   Glenn   a   good   source   of   critical   information   as   he   often   advises   new   or   changed   building   management   on   the   history   of   the   plant   and   machinery   he  has  worked  on  for  so  many  years.

DONNA  PORTER  –  FINANCE  &  QUALITY  DIRECTOR   Donna  is  a  Certified  Practicing  Accountant  (CPA)  and  her  passion  is  managing  her  own  business  and  utilizing  her   vast  skills.  Donna  continues  to  play  a  major  part  in  the  service  delivery  to  our  customers  and  ensures  the  business   remains   customer   focused.   She   is   keen   to   be   back   and   fostering   teamwork   to   facilitate   this   and   continue   our   reputation  of  providing  a  high  level  of  customer  service.     Prior   to   working   in   the   trade   industry,   Donna   obtained   her   accounting   qualification   and   enjoyed   a   successful   career  with  the  Chartered  Accounting  firm  Pitcher  Partners.     In  2003  she  began  working  full-‐time  with  Glenn  and   together  they  successfully  grew  their  business.     Donna’s   role   with  PROMAX  Services  is   paramount   to   the   ongoing   success   and   growth   of   the   company.   Donna   will   again   oversee   business   administrations,   business   system   development,   human   resources,   finance,   risk   management,  occupational  health  and  safety  for  both  employees  and  sub-‐contractor  management.  Further,       Donna  manages  the  integrated  management  system  in  safety,  quality  and  environmental  aspects.   As  well  as  her  CPA  standing,  Donna  has  a  Bachelor  of  Business  (Accounting)  is  a  trained  Quality  Auditor  in  both   safety,   quality   and   risk   management   systems.   She   holds   her   Certificate   IV   in   Training   &   Assessment   and   a   Certificate  IV  in  Property  Services  (Real  Estate)  amongst  other  industry  licenses.
