Meeting Programme Delegate Introduction and Speed Dating Whether this is your first or fourteenth IETM meeting, come to this informal session to meet other IETM members, new and old. IETM Board and long-time IETM members will give a short introduction to how the weekend will work, and you’ll be able to take part in the traditional speed dating. Newsrounds In these dynamic sessions, pre-selected participants will make 3-minute presentations about themselves, their project or their organisation. A fail-safe way to discover what’s going on in the performing arts elsewhere in the world, meet your colleagues or even your future project-partners! Creative Europe and Audiences No doubt many of you have been following developments around Creative Europe, the new EU programme for 2014-2020. What will the changes mean for you? And how will the proposed programme be interpreted when it comes to applications? Ann Branch has been instrumental in the programme’s development and at this session she will discuss some of the plans and answer delegates’ questions. At the core of this conversation will be the new focus on audience development, and we invite IETM members to share their examples of existing and potential practices in this area, in relation to Creative Europe's plans. Music Theatre Network This working group gives delegates a practical look at what’s happening in the world of music theatre and has become a regular event at IETM. The session is aimed at producers and artists who are interested in sharing practical information and introducing their past and future projects. It will be of interest to all delegates who want to be kept up to date with developments in music theatre and sonic arts.
