Welcome Reception with Pop Céilí Join your IETM Dublin colleagues for a drink in the beautiful Meeting House Square where you will be welcomed to Dublin by the Lord Mayor. Here you will be at the heart of Temple Bar, an area redeveloped as Dublin’s cultural quarter in the early 1990s, and the square is flanked by cultural organisations: The Ark (a dedicated cultural centre for children), the Gallery of Photography, the Irish Film Institute and Archive, Dublin Fringe Festival and the National Photographic Archive.
