This beautifully designed home attracts the perfect balance of comfort & space with outdoor entertaining including pool, day beds & built-in outdoor kitchen BBQ to really soak up the sunny QLD weather & feel at home in complete comfort, quietness and style.

Fully furnished featuring a swimming pool and large outdoor entertaining.

The main bedroom also boasts a large spa bath overlooking the private leafy landscape at the back and another bath for guest’s downstairs.

| Jimmy on 15 July, 2018 Dean’s house is amazing. It is very stylish, yet practical, and the pool and outlook over the natural area are amazing. I would definitely stay here if you are visiting Brisbane and want a secure retreat to come home to.

Dean is a gracious, friendly and thoughtful host. The accomodation is top rate, luxurious and quiet. Situated close to cafes, boutique shops, cinema, supermarket and park, it was the perfect place for our family holiday.

Troubleshooting: if you fail to get the Apple TV up and running sometimes pulling out the power cord from the back of the Apple TV for 10 secs and plugging it back in will reset and fix the problem.

No Parties Or Events There is strictly a No Party/No Function Policy in the property, however guests are allowed to have a barbecue and small celebration in the property provided that only registered guests are attending. If unregistered guests are to attend any gatherings please inform the Agent/ Owner for approval in writing. We highly encourage that guest/s will be responsible in limiting the noise to not create unnecessary disturbance within the neighbouring properties. Please no noise audibles by neighbours between 10pm and 8am. Please note we do not allow any wedding related activity. Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age.
