Agenda: Create a screen based interface for the dirent actors except end customer. Consider the algorithemic transperancy, power hierarchy, user control and other issue and redesign this user-interface and interaction for the same. Solution: Overcome the Hessle of the Delivery executive app experience by making it clean, easy and less functionality. Worked on delivery executive bad experiences with customers. After looking customer experience and Delivery executive experience I found the loopholes in the systems. Tools: Business model, Flow Chart, Prototyping,


UNDERSTAND THE SERVICE

Freshmenu Business Model Hub and spoke model At its core, this business model works from a central hub. Out of this hub go several routes. The hub and spoke business model has one unique advantage everyone is equal.

Stakeholder Map Diffrent stakeholder and their roles.Stakeholders are those people, groups, or individuals who either have the power to affect, or are affected by the endeavour you're engaged with.


FINDING ISSUES IN DELIVERY SERVICE

Freshmenu Service Map The process of freshmenu service. How It works after ordering foods till delivery to the customer.

Issues faced by Delivery Executive and User Some incidence which had happened with the user and delivery executive and how was the impact on system.

Discrepancy in delivery status: rider confirms , customer denies . Impact: system can not track these kind of error situations

Power Heirachy Showing the transperancy of different actor in the system.

Order cancellation from delivery person Impact : System allows to cancel order but by delivery person but not able to verify. It has been done manually.

Theft equipment's/cash delivery persons. Impact: system does not allow to enter any loss against this kind of cases.

Delivery marked complete, before actual delivery Impact : system is not able to track these kind of incidences.

User

Delivery Executive

User complaints on social media / email Impact: system tracks the issues with orders & service from different platforms and shares the related information to the concerned team.

Veg –non veg mix-up Impact: system helps to connect with the issues raised by users.

Delivery Side Interface In secondary research I had looked on delivery executive application and the issues they faced.

Task Flow A diagram that describes the entire delivery system from the point of view of the delivery executive.

UNDERSTANDINGS

BIO: Manjula is a first student MA Hindi Student. She did her schocling in kendra vidyalaya (Hindi Medium). She Is apart time private tutor for 8th and 10th grade students. Her favoirte subjects are history and geography. She likes spending her time reading ariticle online and sharing it with her student. GOALS: -Become a school Hindi teacher. - Use IT and technology in education. -Start an institute to educate under privieged student in bihar. FRUSTRATIONS: - Not able to find time for prepraring for techaching student. - Feels students need to explore more than what is provided in textbooks. -Current spoon feeding education sysytem.

Persona User persona were develped after conducting interviews of students who are pursuing masters.

Amit is final year student masters journlism(Hindi) student. He has knowledge in wide range of subjects. He is an avid reader. He is interested in Hindi Literature and poetry. She is a passionate writer. She likes spending her time reading books.

BIO: Geeta is final year student M.A. (Hindi) Student. She likes to read in Hindi. She is a very passionate to know the history. She is interested in Hindi Sahitya or Bhasha ka Itihas. She is always in search of new article.

Wikipedia Information Architecture Model This is the mod el to understand Information Architecture of wikipedia. Another challenge was to asses dirent ways a user is exposed to wikipedia and to define a definate flow.

Traffic Management

Problem: In Bangalore Traffic is the biggest issue.The existing roads in Bangalore are inundated with Potholes and are often very uneven. "It's faster to walk than drive." This sentence is representing the intense of Traffic issues. Reports say an average citizen spends more than 240 hours stuck in jams every year. Aim: Enhancing the Traffic Experience in the future. Project duration: 10 Days for total project time. The deliverables include a design document and a reflective documentation. Solution: Enhanced future traffic experience by using Technologies on vehicles and Roads.

Concept-1 Reduce public transport fare (with 24 hour goou service) and Increase the cost on personal vehicle

Concept-2 Using RFID Clip for lane disipline. (Radio frequency Identification Technology)

Pros: -Reduce the pollution -The Number of personal vehicle will reduced Public transpoartation will move smoothly. -It will reduce traffic

Pros: -By usig this Technology people will follow the lane.

Cons: -Any emergency situation can be very annoying to common man.

Concept-3 Here I used Road side White Reflector + Radar Sensor Technology + Solar Energy

About: Road side reflector here I am using for speed controlling. There will be Radar sensor Technology to control the speed. It will work on solar energy.

How RFID and Ultrasonic sensor will work in Traffic scenario? Pros: -No one Can change their track. -The amount of accident will decrease. -The distance between two Vehicle will be maintained. -Traffic will go systematically. -No one can break the rules.

Cons: -Maybe they will not work during an emergency. -Wider road required to distribute lane. -If any RFID system failed the traffic will stand still.

RFID -Radio-frequency identification (RFID) is the technology of electromagnetic fields. -It will automatically identify and track tags attached to Vehicles. -I used this technology to maintain lane discipline. We will fit Tag under all vehicle. -The FID reader will be fitted on the road lanes in certain distance. So vehicle needs to go in their particular lane as per rule. -Other vehicles can not go in another lane because there will be 3 tag for Bike, Car, Bus and Heavy vehicle. That will maintain the lane system.

Ultrasonic sensor -The Ultrasonic Sensor will be fitted in front side of Vehicle. That sensor will send out a high-frequency sound pulse and after a while how long it will take for the echo of the sound to reflect back. If their would come any object near Ultrasonic field it will reflect as a alert in your vehicle. -In Emergency case the programme will automatically on your break.
