Indian Oil Corporation conducted a competetion, intending to bring out a retail outlet exclusively for two and three wheelers. The main aim was to design a module which if successful could be repeated all over India. The Budgtet The budget was not exceeding 1 lac for the whole setup including all the apparatus, machinery,the undergroung and overhead tank and the outer body. The dimensions was to be within 10 feet in length, 5 feet in breadth and 10 feet in height.
