VS Villa

A two-bedroom holiday house located in Seminyak. Bali. Applying cluster organization from Balinese culture. The client looks for an atmosphere diffrent from the big city. Modern Tropical Villa design utilizing natural material. Dominant material used on the design are wood, concrete, and limestone. These combined create a comfortable and simple atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

J&V Residence

Design for child’s bedroom in Pantai Indah Kapuk. Client requests for the bedroom to be suitable for all ages eventhough the children are 11-13 years old at the moment. Bedroom also functions as multipurpose space where they can study, work, and also hang out. Therefore it should be comfortable with function of rest and living. Materials used consists mainly of wood and concrete. Since the bedroom is small therefore utilization of mirror will create more spacious area.

New Concept to Laundry. Laundry is usually done as chore, nothing more nothing less. Client request to apply luxury into laundry. Simple but Modern with counter as the focal point. Where counter is considered as the concierge of laundry and customer will experience new ambience to laundry.

Balinese Lifestyle is incorporated through the dominant use of wood, terrazzo, and natural stone. These elements dinimish the border between outdoor and indoor, altogether blending the building with its green surrounding. A collaborative project between three designers.
