Preschool FLIP Over Gymnastics (Ages 3-6) Did you watch the Olympics? This is an awesome time to try gymnastics. Boys and girls will FLIP over learning basic tumbling, along with working on low balance beams, incline mats, springboard and other gymnastics equipment while having an ultimate blast! “Bunny pictures” of skills and many “props” are used to enhance development and fun. Gymnastics is a confidence-building sport that improves strength, flexibility, agility, and coordination. It’s the best activity for developing skills for all other sports. There are new challenges at each class. For over forty years, Sandi Charbonneau of L’il Flipsters Gymnastics, LLC has been involved in the sport of gymnastics as a gymnast and a coach. Daddy Daughter Dance (Girls Age 12 & Under with an Adult) The dance is all about you, but it wouldn’t be the same without your perfect date. Invite your dad, uncle, grandpa, older adult brother, or a favorite family friend as your escort. Dress up if you think it is fun and you’re looking for an excuse, or wear whatever you want for dancing and twirling. Silver Sound Productions will help set the tone for the evening with plenty of family friendly songs, dances, games, and contests. Every girl will receive a favor. Wiggles & Giggles (Ages 3-8)

Mom & Baby Yoga (6wk-8mos & mom)

Wiggle and wiggle until you can’t stop the giggles! This time of play develops motor skills and social growth. You’ll dance and move to songs and games; like parachute games, relay races, scooter racing, tumbling, and more! This class is for children only.

This class is specifically designed for new moms (6 weeks postpartum) and their babies (through crawlers, 8 months). The class is modeled after Lisa Bergley’s Yoga Bonding sequence and will give you the opportunity to connect with your new postpartum body and bond with your baby. During the class you will incorporate your new little one into many traditional yoga poses and learn infant massage techniques. The class also offers the chance to connect with other new moms. Please bring a blanket for baby and a yoga mat. Class meets every other Saturday.

Keep on Moving with kidcreate studio (ages 18mos.-6yrs & An Adult) Shake, step, toss, dip, dance, and doodle. You will experience art while moving in all different ways. A variety of interesting tools and techniques will be used to create art that will really “move” you and your parent! You will be painting with your toes, tying and dyeing, throwing paint covered balls and much more. All while you are moving and grooving to some great kid music. Come and create, right along with your parent. Wish Upon a Ballet (Ages 3-6) This dance program incorporates popular children’s stories and ballet stories to create a dance class that is more than ballet steps. Using musical instruments, parachutes and scarves you will create a complete fairy tale experience while skipping, leaping, jumping, and spinning. An introduction to the movements and vocabulary of ballet are taught in a fun and creative manner! Family and friends will be invited to observe a special performance at the end of each section. Girls and boys will need ballet shoes. Girls should wear a leotard and tights. Boys should wear comfortable clothes.
