HELLO neighbor!

As a Castleton resident since 2006 and a Virginia Beach local, I’d like to present to you another issue of the Castleton Connector Magazine, which hopefully you will find some useful information on a variety of topics, including the ever-changing real estate & mortgage world. You will also find periodic articles from my team of local experts from a wide spectrum of industries that pertain to owning a home and living in our community.

In my 25-years as a senior mortgage banker with Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group®, I’ve been fortunate enough to have helped over 2,300 families achieve the American dream of homeownership, several of which are our very own neighbors here in Castleton!
