Ms. Joan Gonzales Event Coordinator Wi-Tribe April 20, 2010 Dear Ms. Gonzales, Greetings! Present in over 1,700 universities in 110 countries and territories, AIESEC, the largest student organization in the world,, is an international platform for young people to discover and develop their potential so as to make a positive impact in society through activating leadership. As part of the national and global community, AIESEC Ateneo de Manila University and the Youth Advocates for United Nations (YAUN (YAUN), will be holding the 4th National Millennium Development Goals Summit for Young Leaders 2010 in Quezon City on May 27-29, 2010 with the theme TayoTayo Pa Rin sa 2015 with 100 00 youth delegates from various national and international youth organizations and student governments. The Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) are eight goals to be achieved by 2015 that respond to the world's main development challenges. The MDGs are drawn from the actions and targets contained in the Millennium Declaration that was adopted by 189 nations nations-and and signed by 147 heads of state and governments during the UN Millennium Summit in September 2000. In line with this, we would therefore like to invite you to take part in this youth movement for an urgent call to action for the last five remaining years on the achievement of the promise for the MDGs. This would be very significant for us as the youth of this country, and we would be delighted to explore part partnerships with your prestigious company, by inviting you to become our major sponsor for the said summit. The summit will showcase the heroisms of the youth and youth organizations through actual testimonies on how the youth continuously implement effective programs, projects and activities in the localized implementation of the MDGs, create action plans to cascade the platform of the incoming president through a united youth for MDGs, a mutual accountability for good governance and solutions to the crosscutting issues that affect the Philippine society and the rest of the peoples of the world. Attached are the details of the available sponsorship packages for your reference. We look forward to partnering with your company. Thank you very much. Respectfully yours,
