Pride Games Ride (cycling) 09.30

5km Alexandra Park Run 11.30

A fantastic cycle ride in the beautiful Peak District. Choose one of two rides - 50 kilometres or 50 miles. We’ll give you a route map and directions and you’ll then self-navigate the route. There will be a number of control points on the route. Oh, and there’ll be a ‘broom wagon’ at the back – our van will be on hand to pick up anyone running out of steam – or to administer basic trailside repairs (to your bike!).

Take part in Open Athletics 5km UK Athletics certified course in one of Manchester City’s most historic park. The course is flat and traffic free, an ideal course for novices and a fast course for more experienced runners.

Our Ride is really sociable: get a group together beforehand or let one form naturally as the ride progresses, helping with navigation. And if you want to challenge yourself more you can navigate the route on your own aiming to complete it in as fast as a time as possible to win a medal. It’s also a great fundraising opportunity, so if you want to raise some cash for your favorite charity, get yourself sponsored and we’ll give you a certificate to show you completed the course. Entry fee: £10

Compete

Entry Fee: £5 for unattached runners; £3 for runners attached to uk:athletics Clubs; £2 concessions (full-time students, under 18s, unwaged, and senior citizens). Register on the day from 10.30am.
