Vision Statement
New Season Christian Ministries is a Christian-based ministry that has been called and ordained by GOD. We have been anointed and appointed by GOD to guide His people to their place of peace and prosperity both in soul and in spirit. For His Word declares “let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” (Gal. 6:9) We have been chosen to be his ambassadors here on earth so that we can fulfill the three-fold call on this ministry – to Edify, Empower and Encourage people that have been victimized by spiritual wickedness in high places. We will overcome by the word of our testimony, we will be victorious, we will have what we say – it is Now Time at New Season.
Start of Ministry
Pastor Charles M. Dobbins Jr. began his ministry at First Pentecostal Philadelphia Assemblies which was later renamed to Imani Christian Church. During his time there, he and his family were faithful members and he was ordained as a minister in 1996. As time went on he was ordained as an elder in 1999 and became one of the administrator of the Imani Bible Institute. He later became the Associate Pastor of Imani Christian Church in 2002 and served as Pastor in 2003. The church grew and Pastor Dobbins knew that God had a greater calling on his life. After being released to further enhance the ministry call on his life, Pastor Dobbins and First Lady Carmen were joined with the wonderful ministry under the leadership of Apostle Roderick and Prophetess Taketa Williams at United Ministries Church where they were faithful members. Here Pastor and First Lady Carmen received much direction and teaching to prepare them for the work of the ministry at hand. On November 11, 2007, Pastor Dobbins was ordained and released by Apostle & Prophetess Williams to a new level of ministry in God. He began his pastoral call at New Season Christian Ministries at Alcott Elementary School in Westerville, Ohio and remained there until God placed it on his heart to seek out a new place of worship. On June 1, 2008 New Season Christian Ministries moved to its current location at 6481 Tussic Road in Westerville, Ohio. In this new season, souls are being saved, people are being healed and the word of God is setting people free.
