Project 3 Value and Budget Housing Corporation Pvt. ltd
Flagship project, Vaibhava Bangalore, has been able to transform real estate development into a lean industrial process amenable to mass production with the use of 'form' technology for construction. They plan to replicate this success and are coming up with similar projects in Chennai, Hyderabad and NCR.
Cast-in-place construction process enables them to produce monolithic structures in a single event with high level of accuracy and replicable standards across our production lines. They are establishing this technology as our main driver of speed and quality giving us enormous advantages in production, efficiency and cost. Western Forms (Established in Kansas City, Missouri, USA in 1955), manufactures and supplies the aluminum forms for residential and commercial concrete structures, concrete foundations and cast-in-place concrete walls. The company has over 50 years of experience in constructing buildings using aluminum forms. Western has been the leading edge concrete form manufacturer, producing the strongest rated wall ties (for concrete forming), which are used in conjunction with its exclusive time saving "Pin Lock" attached hardware and proprietary gasket side rail. Kumkang Kind (Established in Seocho, Seoul, South Korea), has been a highly reputed producer of pipes, scaffolding and formwork. The formwork is a top quality product with a very effective drop-head support system, pre-seasoned forms and flat ties which allow us to produce flat walls and slabs. The formwork composition is of a high grade aluminum, making it strong and sturdy for the fatigue stresses of the day-to-day construction cycles we are achieving.
