WELLNESS Baird Wellness Center
Located in the Freemasons Cultural Center, the Baird Wellness Center offers an array of cardiovascular and strength equipment, functional training, personal training and group fitness classes. Massage therapy and wellness workshops on mind, body and spirit are also offered. Open daily, from 5 a.m. – 9 p.m. Staff are available Mon. – Fri., 7 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Sat., 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. Classes are also broadcast on MVTV.

SilverSneakers® Classic Cost: $3 (free for BWC members)
This universal class is designed to improve agility, balance, coordination and functional capabilities. Location: Brossman Ballroom

This is a standing class with alternating intervals designed to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Location: Brossman Ballroom

Yoga Within Cost: $3 (free for BWC members)
Experience gentle yoga poses, ranging from seated to standing, with focus on strength, relaxation, balance and flexibility. Location: Lodge Meeting Room
Nice weather is here, and the Baird Wellness Center is organizing “Group Meet Ups” for walking, running and biking! You will be provided with maps, routes, local competitions and the contact information of others interested in meeting up to exercise. All you need you to do is call the Baird Wellness Center and provide your contact information and agreement to share it with the group. Running, biking and walking clubs will be organized. Brain Fitness Club
2 - 3 p.m.
Increase your brain health with games and other fun activities. Wellness specialist Jamie Rosenshine will present a brief educational piece on brain health and wellness, along with activity suggestions for you to complete with peers. Sessions take place the first and third Wednesday of each month. Location: Goose and Gridiron Tavern
Meet with Jamie Rosenshine, personal trainer and M.S. in human nutrition and functional medicine, to discuss nutrition on an individual basis. Location: Baird Wellness Center
