Surrounded by supportive staff, receive the assistance you need and the loving attention you deserve. Nursing, therapeutic recreation, social services, spiritual care, music therapy, housekeeping and dining services personnel grow to know you and your family.

Choose from an array of events and programs each day. Maintain a garden in a raised bed, or take part in fitness classes. Explore your creativity with ceramics, or reminisce and engage with music therapy. Take a trip to a local restaurant, enjoy a visiting entertainer or attend a worship service. Visit with the birds and fish located throughout the Masonic Health Care Center, or spend time with children from the nearby child care center during intergenerational programs.

Around-the-clock care within intimate neighborhoods offers you peace of mind so you can enjoy your life to the fullest. Each neighborhood features a common living area, spacious kitchen and dining area and family room.

Residents may receive end-of-life care in Evergreen, a dedicated area featuring private rooms, which include overnight accommodations for family, and trained staff. Hospice services are available through Masonic Village Hospice or another approved hospice provider.

Memory Support

Those with Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias receive personalized care in three neighborhoods tailored to maintain each individual’s dignity and respect within a secured environment. Staff are specially trained to provide compassionate care, and residents are encouraged to participate in all aspects of their care as long as they are able, providing a sense of purpose. The two Lafayette neighborhoods are divided into higher and lower functioning areas so staff can target programs to meet the needs of each resident. Both neighborhoods include a recreation area, kitchen and dining area and family room. Outdoor courtyards enhance therapeutic recreation and sensory stimulation and inspire memories.

The Garden Path neighborhood is designed to meet the needs of individuals in later stages of dementia. It features comfortable rooms and a large, bright common area.

Financial Assistance

The Masonic Health Care Center is Medicare- and Medicaid-approved. Generous donations enable Masonic Village to offer financial assistance to those who qualify. It is required that your financial resources are preserved for the cost of your care and services, and our staff will help you to identify all available financial assistance when needed.
