Architectural Designer

• Managed projects by building code/ ADA review, drawing/ specification coordination, shop drawing review, budget control, client/ contractor meeting and construction administration. • Created drawing sets throughout all phases for various projects from SD, DOB drawings to BID sets & CD sets, projects including residential, retail and office space. • Provided ideas for FF&E design and developed into shop drawings for fabrication; design including home accessories, floating desk, dining table & bench.
