Communication Calendar The aim of the google calendar on the Hub website is to enable Partners to plan ahead and avoid clashes and for the community to access information about arts events in Portsmouth. Please do upload your concerts and events to the shared calendar, so everyone is well informed. If you you need any advice about how to upload your events, please contact Nicola Williams, the Hub Liaison officer on 023 9237 5655 and she will be able to help you. News Page When you e-mail your events to the Music Office these will be published on the Newspage of the website which is then automatically fed through the Hub’s twitter feed. This ensures that partners’ events are promoted as widely as possible. Twitter and Facebook feeds Remember, as a Partner of Portsmouth Music Hub, your Facebook and Twitter activity is autonomously connected with the feed on the Hub website. Remember to utilise this function as it will help to maximise the reach of your news updates. Website Please ensure there is a link to the Hub website on your own websites to help keep everyone connected. Newsletter The next Hub newsletter will be published in January 2014.
