founder and Residents Action Network President John Tingle. “I was concerned, particularly when shown some of the correspondence, that there may be breaches of process,” Mr Brown said. This correspondence included two letters written on the same date by a NSW Trade and Investment employee, Mayor Besseling said. “One letter asks council for its support of the sale of the Plaza car park to Woolworths, and the other states Council’s strong support for the Woolworths proposal,” he said.

Shooters and Fishers Party NSW Legislative Council member Robert Brown is also the Chair of General Purpose Standing Committee Number 5 which oversees the compliance of NSW Department of Primary Industries (NSWDPI) with its guiding legislation.
