Portland Parks & Recreation HIKING INFORMATION The Senior Recreation hiking program is a progressive 3-level program, starting with the Metro Movers who walk the metropolitan area. As individuals gain strength & endurance they may choose to qualify & move on to longer & more difficult hikes out of the city with Hike for Health & Wilderness Hikes.

Transportation Metro Movers are responsible for their own transportation & meet at the designated parking place. A detailed description of the meeting place will be mailed with the confirmation receipt. Hike for Health & Wilderness Hikes meet at NE 82nd & Siskiyou. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure time. Park facing 82nd St.

Join this fun & energetic group of seniors. Orientation is for the beginning to the advanced hiker. Receive information that helps you have a successful outdoor experience. Day/Time: Tuesday 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm Location: East Portland Community Ctr. 740 SE 106th Dates: January 22 Cost/#: Free 388371

Miles are given for a round trip, except when loop or shuttle hikes, which are one-way. Elevation is cumulative elevation gain, adding all uphill portions of the hike.
