Gail Nelson Health and wellness has been an interest of mine for as long as I can remember. I feel so fortunate to have found a profession where I can help others achieve greater levels of fitness in their lives. In addition to completing the Fitness Technology program at Portland Community College in order to become a personal trainer, I am also a Registered Dietitian (B.S. Purdue University). As a busy mom of two active boys, I have an appreciation for how challenging the health and fitness journey can be.
