Residence Vestibule Miami, Florida I worked on this project as part of a design and fabrication team during my time with South Park Fabricators. The client was interested in a dramatic entrance to their condominium. We designed the vestibule with translucent back lit alabaster and wenge veneer walls. The bench and door were designed and fabricated by us in-house and installed by others on-site. The hammered finish granite basin of the fountain spans the length of the far wall, beyond the door and into the apartment. Blue lighting washes up from the fountain basin. Total design and fabrication was the theme for the entire unit. The image on this page shows a rendering of how the vestibule was to appear stepping off the elevator. Opposite page shows finished images.
