DOBRODOŠLI Kreativni hub Ponta Lopud pokrenut je prošle godine u atmosferi letargije nakon prvog vala pandemije covida, gdje smo pokušali na jednom mjestu spojiti kreativce regionalne filmske industrije s etabliranim filmašima iz cijelog svijeta. Naš prvi gostujući master, Paweł Pawlikowski, uistinu se pokazao jako dobrim izborom i vrlo je uspješno ispunio svoju misiju. Zahvaljujući njemu, uz sudjelovanje Michela Franca i Danisa Tanovića, koji su se također uključili u razgovore, okupljanje na Ponta Lopudu postalo je prepoznatljivo i dovelo do nove forme malog filmskog festivala, stvorenog za režisere, glumce i snimatelje, festivala koji prije svega služi kako bi njima pružilo nadahnuće i proširilo horizonte. Kako su reakcije prošlogodišnjih polaznika i našeg prvog mastera bile vrlo pozitivne i ohrabrujuće, odlučili smo krenuti dalje i to s još većom predanošću. Ove ćemo godine organizirati niz majstorskih tečajeva, posebnih predavanja i praktičnih radionica. Mladi redatelji, glumci i snimatelji iz regije podijelit će svoja iskustva u malim skupinama, ne pod pritiskom i potrebom za natjecanje, već kroz prijateljske i neformalne razgovore o različitim aspektima filmskog stvaralaštva. Imat će priliku učiti iz iskustva profesionalaca koji su svojim radom dali značajan doprinos svijetu filmske umjetnosti. Frances McDormand i Joel Coen održat će majstorske tečajeve glume i režije i s našim sudionicima podijeliti svoje neprocjenjivo profesion-

alno iskustvo. Monika Lenczewska održat će majstorski tečaj filmskog snimanja u suradnji s Nanu Segal. Iznimni filmski stručnjaci Juho Kuosmanen, Peter Spears i Brian Swardstrom održat će posebna predavanja iz perspektive svojih vlastitih profesija. Kako bi razgovori ostali u rukama filmske struke, majstorske tečajeve i predavanja moderirat će filmski stvaraoci Paweł Pawlikowski, Michel Franco, Lili Horvat, Ognjen Glavonić, Danis Tanović i Cristi Puiu. Nadamo se da će druženje u opuštajućoj atmosferi jadranskog otoka Lopuda potaknuti kreativni dijalog, ali i pružiti užitak našim gostima i široj publici, od gledanja filmova pod zvijezdama do kušanja tradicionalnih gurmanskih specijaliteta u lokalnim restoranima. Ne pronalazimo bolji način da opišemo naš kreativni hub na Lopudu nego riječima Frances i Joela: „U ovom trenutku našeg profesionalnog života ne možemo zamisliti bolji način kako provesti tople ljetne dane nego u razgovorima s drugim filmašima o procesu snimanja filmova, o ljubavi prema gledanju filma i to na jednom od otoka Jadranskog mora. Koji smo mi sretnici!” Zadovoljstvo nam je zaželjeti Vam dobrodošlicu na prekrasnom otoku Lopudu! Uživajmo u filmu, kreativnosti i novim prijateljstvima!

WELCOME The Ponta Lopud creative hub was launched last year during the atmosphere of post-covid lethargy, as an attempt to connect creative minds from the regional film industry with well-established film authors from around the world. Our first guest-master Paweł Pawlikowski was indeed a very good choice and very well served the mission. Together with Michel Franco and Danis Tanović, both of whom joined the conversation, it was thanks to him that the Ponta Lopud gathering got its distinctive features and became a new form of a small film festival, the one that is created for filmmakers, actors, cinematographers and is at the service of their inspiration and widening of their horizons. As the response from the last year’s participants and our first master was very positive and encouraging, we decided to proceed with even more determination. This year we will organize a number of masterclasses, special lectures and hands-on workshops. Young regional directors, actors and cinematographers will share their experience in small groups, without pressure or competition, and through friendly and informal talks about different aspects of filmmaking. They will have an opportunity to learn from the experience of the professionals whose work has made a significant contribution to the world of cinema. Frances McDormand and Joel Coen will hold acting and directing masterclasses and share their invaluable professional experience with our

participants. Monika Lenczewska will hold a cinematography masterclass in collaboration with Nanu Segal. Outstanding film experts Juho Kuosmanen, Peter Spears and Brian Swardstrom will give special lectures from the point of view of their own professions. To keep the conversation in hands of filmmaking professionals, masterclasses and lectures will be moderated by film authors Paweł Pawlikowski, Michel Franco, Lili Horvat, Ognjen Glavonic, Danis Tanovic and Cristi Puiu. We hope that getting together on a relaxing Adriatic island will inspire creative dialogue as well as bring enjoyment to our guests and wider audience from watching films under the stars and tasting traditional gourmet food in local restaurants. We cannot find a better way to describe our creative hub on Lopud than in Frances’ and Joel’s words: “At this point in our professional lives, we can’t think of a better way to spend the warm days of summer than in conversation about the process of filmmaking and the love of film watching with a group of other filmmakers on an island in the Adriatic Sea. How fortunate are we?” We are delighted to welcome you to the beautiful island of Lopud! Let us enjoy film, creativity and new friendships!

U suradnji sa svojim mlađim bratom Ethanom snimio je osamnaest filmova, počevši s Krvavo jednostavno 1984., prvim od velikog broja filmova izrazito ekscentričnog stila. Njihova filmografija uključuje sljedeće filmove: Nema zemlje za starce, Fargo, Čovjek zvan hrabrost, Veliki Lebowski, Ozbiljan čovjek, U glavi Llewyna Davisa, Arizona Junior, Balada o Busteru Scruggsu, te mnoge druge. Braća Coen za Oscara su bila nominirana ukupno trinaest puta, a dodatno su i svaki pojedinačno zaradili nominaciju. Joel Coen is an American writer, producer and screenwriter, born in 1954 in St Louis, Minnesota. In collaboration with his brother Ethan, he has made 18 films, including No Country For Old Men, Fargo, Blood Simple, True Grit, The Big Lebowski, A Serious Man, Inside Llewyn Davis, Raising Arizona, The Ballad of Buster Scruggs, to name but a few. The Coen brothers have been nominated for thirteen Oscars, plus one individual nomination for each. They have won four Academy Awards: Best Picture, Director, and Adapted Screenplay for No Country For Old Men, as well as Best Original Screenplay for Fargo. Other awards include those by the National Board of Review, Golden Globes, BAFTA, WGA, and DGA. At Cannes Film Festival they have won Best Director three times, the Grand Prix, and the Palme D’Or. The brothers’ movie The Big Lebowski has gained a massive cult following culminating with the annual Lebowski Fest and Dudeism, a religion, philosophy, or lifestyle inspired by the protagonist of the movie. The Tragedy of Macbeth is Joel’s 19th feature film and his solo directorial debut.

Od tada je svjetsku publiku osvojila ulogama u brojnim filmovima, televizijskim streaming projektima i kazališnim produkcijama. Dobitnica je nagrade Tony®, Drama Desk i Outer Critics Circle Award za svoju izvedbu u predstavi Dobri ljudi Davida Lindsay-Abairea u režiji Daniela Sullivana. Monika Lenczewska Monika Lenczewska je snimateljica s adresom u Europi i SAD-u, koju je Variety proglasio jednom od „10 najboljih snimateljica“ na koju treba obratiti pozornost u 2016. Monika je snimila islandski dugometražni film “Under the Tree” u režiji Hafsteinna Gunnara Sigurdssona, za koji je dobila nagradu za najbolju kameru na Međunarodnom filmskom festivalu u Dublinu 2018. godine. Monika Lenczewska is a cinematographer based both in Europe and the US and recognized by Variety as one of the “Top 10 Cinematographers” to watch in 2016. Monika worked on the Icelandic feature “Under the Tree”, directed by Hafsteinn Gunnar Sigurdsson, Venice FF & TIFF (2017), for which she received the Best Cinematography Award at the 2018 Dublin International Film Festival. She received Best Cinematography nominations at both Sundance and Camerimage Film Festival. JUHO KUOSMANEN – finski je filmski, kazališni i operni redatelj i pisac. Njegovi kratki filmovi prikazani su na festivalima u Cannesu, Locarnu i Oberhausenu. Za debitantski igrani film ”The Happiest Day in the Life of Olli Maki”, premijerno prikazan u Cannesu 2016. osvojio je glavnu nagradu u selekciji Un Certain Regard. I njegov drugi dugometražni igrani film, “Compartment No.6”, također je premijerno prikazan u Cannesu, 2021. i to u glavnom natjecateljskom programu. Grand Prix – nagradu žirija podijelio je s filmom “A Hero” redatelja Asghara Farhadija. Kuosmanen je suosnivač i umjetnički direktor filmskog festivala Kokkolan Kinojuhlat. JUHO KUOSMANEN is a Finnish film, theatre and opera director and writer, whose short films have been screened at many festivals including Cannes, Locarno and Oberhausen. Lili Horvát mađarska je redateljica i scenaristica rođena 1982. Odrasla je u Budimpešti. Studirala je audiovizualne umjetnosti na pariškom sveučilištu Sorbonne Nouvelle i filmsku režiju na Sveučilištu za kazalište i film u Budimpešti. Njen prvi igrani film „Dijete srijede“ pobijedio je u natjecateljskom programu Istočno od zapada (East of the West) na festivalu u Karlovim Varima 2015. godine. Horvát je 2016. bila suosnivačica produkcijske kuće Poste Restante, koja je producirala njen drugi igrani film „Pripreme za zajednički život na neodređeno vrijeme“, koji je premijerno prikazan na Filmskom festivalu u Veneciji 2020. Nanu Segal Danis Tanović

Nakon završetka školovanja za snimateljicu na Nacionalnoj školi za film i televiziju (NFTS) u Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu, Nanu snima brojne igranei kratke filmove, koji su osvojili mnoge nagrade na filmskim festivalima diljem svijeta (Cannes Cinefondation / BAFTA / Rhode Island). Nedavno je završila snimanje filmova “Emily” u režiji Frances O’Connor i “Hoard” Lune Carmoon. Radila je kao snimateljica na Oscarom nagrađenom filmu “Bohemian Rhapsody”. Snimila je TV serije “A Spy Among Friends” i “Guilt”, za koju je dobila nagradu Kraljevskog televizijskog društva (Royal Television Society). Nanu snima i reklame za tvrtke kao što su Somesuch, Rattling Stick, Biscuit, Friend i Smuggler. Since training as a cinematographer at the NFTS in the UK, Nanu has shot a wide range of feature films (most recently wrapping “Emily” for Frances O’Connor and “Hoard” for Luna Carmoon), as well as numerous short films, which have received many awards at film festivals across the globe (Cannes Cinefondation / BAFTA / Rhode Island). Njezinim kratkim filmom “Salamat from Germany” otvoren je Directors’ Week Filmskog festivala u Cannesu 2017. Unin dugometražni projekt “Alfa”, izabran za Cinéfondation Residence, dobitnik je produkcijske nagrade Torino Film Laba (FeatureLab).

DUŠAN KASALICA – crnogorski redatelj rođen u Nikšiću 1987. Diplomirao je režiju na Fakultetu dramskih umjetnosti u Cetinju, gdje radi kao docent. Njegov kratki film “Biserna obala” 2015. je nagrađen Srcem Sarajeva, dok je “Soa“, dvije godine kasnije na Sarajevo Film Festivalu osvojila Specijalno priznanje žirija. Sudionik je programa Berlinale Talents i Locarno Filmmakers Academy. Producent je filma “Ti imaš noć“ u režiji Ivana Salatića, premijerno prikazanog 2018. na filmskom festivalu u Veneciji. Dušanov prvi dugometražni igrani film, “Elegija lovora”, svjetsku je premijeru imao na Sarajevo Film Festivalu 2021. Član je Europske filmske akademije.

UNA GUNJAK is a director born in 1996 in Sarajevo, who currently lives in Paris. She studied film studies in Italy and film editing at the NTFS (National Film and TV School) in Great Britain. Dušan Kasalica

DUŠAN KASALICA is a Montenegrin director born in 1897 in Nikšić. He graduated in Directing from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Cetinje, where he currently teaches as an Assistant Professor. In 2015 his short film “Biserna obala” (Pearl Coast) was awarded the Heart of Sarajevo, while “Soa” was awarded the Special Jury Award two years later, also at the Sarajevo Film Festival. He is a participant in the Berlinale Talents program and a member of Locarno Filmmakers Academy. He produced the film “Ti imaš noć” (You Have a Night) directed by Ivan Salatić, which premiered at Venice Film Festival in 2018. Dušan’s first feature film, “Elegija lovora” (Elegy of the Laurel), had its world premiere at the Sarajevo Film Festival in 2021. Dušan is a member of the European Film Academy.

TAMARA KOTEVSKA –sjevernomakedonska redateljica rođena 1993. u Prilepu, preselila se 2000. u Chattanoogu u saveznoj američkoj državi Tennessee, na studij dokumentarnog filma. Diplomirala je 2016. na Fakultetu dramskih umjetnosti u Skoplju. U svom stvaralaštvu spaja fikciju, animaciju i dokumentaristiku, a nakon dva svjetski nagrađivana kreativna dokumentarca “Students“ i “Lake of Apples“, u suradnji s redateljem Ljubom Stefanovim snima “Honeyland“, priču o makedonskoj pčelarici. Film oduševljava kritiku i publiku, a 2020. nominiran je i za Oscara. U svom posljednjem djelu u nastajanju, igranom filmu “Man vs. Flock”, istražuje sukob između tradicionalnog i progresivnog svijeta.

Tamara Kotevska

TAMARA KOTEVSKA is a North Macedonian film director born in Prilep in 1993. In 2000 she moved to Chattanooga, Tennessee, where she studied documentary filmmaking. In 2016, she graduated from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Skopje. In her work, she combines fiction, animation and documentary films. Following the two globally-awarded creative documentaries, “Students” and “Lake of Apples”, she created a documentary about a Macedonian beekeeper, “Honeyland”, a result of an inspired collaboration with director Ljubo Stefanov. The film delighted critics and audiences alike and earned her an Oscar nomination in 2020. In her new emerging feature film, “Man vs. Flock”, she explores the conflict between the old-fashioned and the progressive world.

Antoneta Alamat Kusijanović ANTONETA ALAMAT KUSIJANOVIĆ – hrvatska redateljica, scenaristica i producentica rođena 1985. u Dubrovniku, živi u New Yorku. Nakon što je završila produkciju na Akademiji dramskih umjetnosti u Zagrebu, magistrirala je režiju na Sveučilištu Columbia. Njezin dugometražni prvijenac “Murina“ premijerno je 2021. prikazan u sekciji Directors’ Fortnight na Filmskom festivalu u Cannesu, gdje je osvojio nagradu Caméra d’Or za najbolji prvi film. Za kratki film “Into the Blue’’ nagrađena je na međunarodnim filmskim festivalima u Berlinu, Sarajevu i Oberhausenu. Zahvaljujući svojim projektima Antoneta je sudjelovala u programima Résidence du Festival of Cinéfondation, Berlinale Talent Lab i drugima. ANTONETA ALAMAT KUSIJANOVIĆ is a Croatian director and screenwriter born in Dubrovnik in 1985.She currently lives in New York. MAJA MILOŠ – srpska redateljica rođena je 1983. u Beogradu, gdje je 2008. diplomirala filmsku i televizijsku režiju na Fakultetu dramskih umetnosti. U programu Berlinale Talent Campusa sudjelovala je 2005. Njezin prvi dugometražni igrani film, “Klip” iz 2012., prikazan je na festivalima diljem svijeta: San Sebastian Film Festival, Toronto Film Festival, te je između ostalih osvojio “Tiger Award” i “KNF” na filmskom festivalu u Rotterdamu. Maja je bila članica žirija na međunarodnim festivalima u Rotterdamu, Sarajevu i Karlovim Varima. Docenticaje na katedri za filmsku i televizijsku režiju na Fakultetu dramskih umetnosti u Beogradu, a u postprodukciji je svog drugog dugometražnog igranog filma “Pukotina u ledu”.

MAJA MILOŠ is a Serbian director born in 1983 in Belgrade. In 2008 she graduated in Film and Television Directing from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. In 2005 she participated in the Berlinale Talent Campus. Her first feature, “Clip” (2012), was screened at many festivals around the world (San Sebastian Film Festival, Toronto Film Festival, etc.). Among others, the film won her the “Tiger Award” and “KNF” at the Rotterdam Film Festival. Maja has been a jury member at many international film festivals, including Rotterdam, Sarajevo and Karlovy Vary. She is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Film and Television Directing at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade and is currently working on post-production of her second feature film “Pukotina u ledu” (Crack in the Ice).

Katarina Morano KATARINA MORANO – slovenska redateljica i scenaristica rođena 1988. u Kranju, filmsku režiju magistrirala je na ljubljanskoj Akademiji za kazalište, radio, film i televiziju. Dobitnica brojnih nacionalnih nagrada, uključujući dvije akademske Prešernove, u kazalištu surađuje s redateljem Žigom Divjakom. Za dramaturgiju predstave “Gejm“ u Divjakovoj režiji, 2020. primila je i Borštnikovu nagradu.

KATARINA MORANO is a Slovenian director and screenwriter born in 1988 in Kranj. She holds a Master’s degree in Film Directing from the Ljubljana Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film and Television. Her graduation film “Kam” (Where) was nominated for a Student Oscar, while her master’s film “Ljubljana-München 15:27” received a Special Mention by the Jury Award at the Sarajevo Film Festival, and was shown as part of the FutureFrames section dedicated to promising young directors at the Karlovy Vary Film Festival. She has won many national awards, including two Prešeren Awards for achievements in the field of artistic creation. She has also been collaborating with director Žiga Divjak in the theatre. In 2020, she received the Borštnik Award for the dramaturgy of the play “Gejm”, directed by Žiga Divjak.

Goran Bogdan Goran Bogdan hrvatski je glumac rođen 1980. u Širokom Brijegu, BiH. 2012. diplomirao je glumu na Akademiji dramskih umjetnosti u Zagrebu. Od 2010. do 2018. radio je u Zagrebačkom kazalištu mladih, gdje je ostvario brojne uloge u predstavama kao što su: „Koko u Parizu”, „Hamlet”, „Gulliverova putovanja” i dr. Prvi veći filmski uspjeh doživio je s ulogama u filmovima „Sonja i bik” i „Neke druge priče”. Iza sebe ima brojne uloge ostvarene u matičnoj kući i po festivalima, a filmsku karijeru je počeo graditi 2014. u produkcijama Kinorame i s redateljima poput Dalibora Matanića, Predraga Ličine i Jasne Nanut. Za ulogu Saše u filmu „Zvizdan“ na 62. Pulskom filmskom festivalu nagrađen je Zlatnom arenom za sporednog glumca. Od 2019. radi kao vanjski suradnik na katedri glume na Akademiji dramske umjetnosti. He was awarded the Golden Arena for supporting actor for the role of Saša in the film “The High Sun” at the 62nd Pula Film Festival. Since 2019, he has been working as an external associate in the Department of Acting at the Academy of Dramatic Arts, where he is currently teaching Acting in front of the camera in the first and second year of the graduate study program.

Pavle Čemerikić Pavle Čemerikić srpski je glumac rođen 1998. u Prištini. Glumom se počeo baviti nakon selidbe u Beograd, gdje je upisao glumačku školu već u dobi od deset godina. Karijeru je započeo glumeći u beogradskim kazalištima. Za ulogu Faruka u filmu „Tabija” redatelja Igora Drljače bio je nominiran za Canadian Screen Award te za najboljega glumca na Vancouver Film Critics Circle Awards. Ostvario je značajne uloge i u filmovima „Ničije dete” i „Teret”. Posljednju ulogu imao je u seriji „Vreme zla”, snimljenoj prema trilogiji Dobrice Ćosića.

Sara Klimoska sjevernomakedonska je glumica rođena u Skoplju 1994, gdje je završila i Fakultet dramskih umjetnosti. Njezina posljednja glavna uloga je u filmu „Nećeš biti sam“ Gorana Stolevskog, koji je imao svjetsku premijeru na Sundance Film Festivalu. 2019. dobila je glavnu ulogu u filmu „Willow“ Milcha Manchevskog, koji je bio sjevernomakedonski kandidat za Oscara 2021. Sarine uloge uključuju glavnu ulogu u filmu „Kaymak“, ulogu u njemačkom filmu „Nico“, ulogu u seriji „Močvara“ i glavne uloge u dvije nadolazeće produkcije: „Sabatier Effect“ Eleonore Veninove i dugometražni prvijenac Igora Aleksova, „Lena i Vladimir“. He started his acting career in Belgrade theatres. Anja Matković hrvatska je glumica, rođena 1988. u Zagrebu. Diplomirala je na Akademiji dramske umjetnosti u Zagrebu 2013. Prije glume bila je profesionalna alpska skijašica i članica Hrvatske skijaške reprezentacije. Profesionalno se bavi glumom od 2013. i to na filmu, televiziji i u kazalištu. Između ostalog, glumila je u predstavi „I konje ubijaju zar ne?“ u Hrvatskom narodnom kazalištu. Imala je ulogu u televizijskoj drami „Počivali u miru“, kao i u hrvatskoj kriminalističkoj drami „Novine“, koja se prikazuje na Netflixu. Glumila je i u filmu „Kosac“ Zvonka Jurića, koji je prikazan na Filmskom festivalu u Torontu u sklopu selekcije Suvremena svjetska kinematografija. 2021. ostvarila je ulogu u uspješnici Danisa Tanovića „Deset u pola”.

Jovana Stojiljković srpska je glumica, rođena u Beogradu 1992. Svoju prvu ulogu dobila je već u trećem razredu srednje škole i to u filmu „Klip“. Diplomirala je glumu na beogradskom Fakultetu dramskih umetnosti u klasi profesora Dragana Petrovića. Tijekom studija imala je glavnu ulogu u filmu „Panama“, za koju je dobila mnogobrojne nagrade na festivalima u Srbiji. Glumila je u filmovima „Otadžbina“, „Branio sam Mladu Bosnu“, „Kad ljubav zakasni”, „Šavovi“, „Južni vetar”, u serijama „Senke nad Balkanom” i „Jutro će promeniti sve“, koja je postigla veliki uspjeh 2018. Odnedavno tumači lik Šejle u seriji „Područje bez signala”. Trenutno snima film „Pukotina u ledu“ u režiji Maje Miloš. Od 2016. Jovana je stalni član ansambla kazališta „Atelje 212“ u Beogradu.

Anja Matković Anja Matković is a Croatian actress, born in 1988 in Zagreb. She graduated from the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Zagreb in 2013. Before she started acting, she used to be a professional alpine skier and a member of the Croatian national ski team. Anja started acting professionally in 2013, in film, television and theatre. Among others, she played in the production of “They Kill Horses, Don’t They?” at the Croatian National Theatre. She has played a role in the television drama series “Rest in Peace”, as well as in the Croatian crime series “The Paper”, which is shown on Netflix. She also starred in Zvonko Jurić’s “The Reaper”, which was screened at the Toronto Film Festival as part of the Contemporary World Cinematography selection. In 2021, she played a role in Danis Tanović’s successful film “Deset u pola” aka “Not So Friendly Neighborhood Affair“.

Jovana Stojiljković Jovana Stojiljković is a Serbian actress, born in Belgrade in 1992. She landed her first role, the one in the film “Clip”, while still a third-year high school student. She graduated acting from the Belgrade Faculty of Dramatic Arts in the class of Professor Dragan Petrović. As a student, she played the lead role in the film “Panama”, for which she received numerous awards at festivals across Serbia. She also starred in “Patria”, “The Man Who Defended Gavrilo Princip”, “Love Isn’t Always on Time”, “Stitches”, “South Wind”, in the series “Black Sun”, and “Tomorrow is a New Day”, which was a great success in 2018. She recently played the role of Šeila in the series “The Last Socialist Artefact”. She is currently playing in “Crack in the Ice” directed by Maja Miloš. Since 2016, Jovana has been a permanent member of the ensemble of the Belgrade theatre “Atelier 212”.

Timon Šturbej Timon Šturbej slovenski je glumac rođen 1994. u Ljubljani. Višestruko je nagrađivan te je dobio visoke pohvale od strane stručnjaka: „Uz uzvišenu umjetnost i sirovu snagu, njegova prisutnost je toliko moćna i uvjerljiva da su oči publike uprte u njega gdje god se nalazio. Kroz suptilne izraze i evokativnu prisutnost, njegova je izvedba razoružavajuća, višestruka i izaziva ovisnost – oličenje glume”. Njegovi poznati filmovi su „Posljedice“ Darka Stantea, za koji je 2018. osvojio nagradu Vesna na Slovenskom filmskom festivalu te film Jahači/Proljetno sanjanje Dominika Menceja, koji mu je donio priznanje Europske zvijezde u usponu na Berlinaleu 2022. Trenutno je zaposlen u Slovenskom narodnom kazalištu u Ljubljani.

Amila Terzimehić bosanskohercegovačka je glumica, rođena 1988. u Sarajevu. Trinaest godina bila je državna prvakinja u ritmičkoj gimnastici, kao i dobitnica mnogobrojnih priznanja i nagrada. Akademiju scenskih umjetnosti završila je u Sarajevu 2011., gdje je bila izabrana za najbolju studenticu te generacije. Magistrirala je 2021. na odsjeku za Glumu iste Akademije. Od 2016. radi kao predavačica na ASU na dva predmeta, Ples i Kondiciona priprema glumca. Nakon što je diplomirala počela je raditi u sarajevskim kazalištima, odnosno u Narodnom pozorištu, Kamernom teatru, SARTR-u i Pozorištu mladih. Radi i kao koreografkinja na predstavama i filmu, a sudjelovala je i u različitim nastupima poznate konceptualne umjetnice Danice Dakić. Ostvarila je uloge u filmovima „Tutto Il Mio Folle Amore” i „November Man”, kao i u seriji „Klan“.

Timon Šturbej is a Slovenian actor born in 1994 in Ljubljana. He is currently working in the Slovenian National Drama Theatre in Ljubljana.

Amila Terzimehić Amila Terzimehić is an actress from Bosnia and Herzegovina, born in 1988 in Sarajevo. For thirteen years she was the national champion in rhythmic gymnastics, winning a number of awards and recognitions. She graduated from the Academy of Performing Arts in Sarajevo in 2011, where she was voted the best student of the generation. She obtained her master’s degree in 2021 from the Department of Acting at the same institution. Since 2016, she has been teaching two courses at ASU, Dance and Physical Actor Training. After graduating, she started acting in Sarajevo theatres, more precisely, the National Theatre, the Chamber Theatre, SARTR and the Youth Theatre. She also works as a play and film choreographer, and has participated in various performances by the famous conceptual artist Danica Dakić. EVA KRALJEVIĆ Eva Kraljević - hrvatska je snimateljica i redateljica dokumentarnih filmova, rođena 1981. u Zagrebu. Na zagrebačkoj Akademiji dramske umjetnosti prvo je diplomirala kameru, a zatim i dokumentarnu režiju na Nacionalnoj školi za film i televiziju u engleskom gradu Beaconsfieldu. Posljednjih 15 godina snimila je više od 20 kratkih, srednjemetražnih i dugometražnih filmova, TV serije, promotivne i glazbene spotove te je režirala 4 dokumentarna filma. Njezin debitantski dokumentarac “Lijepo mi je s tobom, znaš”, u kojem potpisuje režiju, scenarij i kameru, a i glumi, osvojio je 6 nagrada na međunarodnim filmskim festivalima. Trenutno radi kao profesorica filma na Akademiji za mlade u Londonu te snima dokumentarne filmove i kratke drame.

Dubravka Kurobasa - hrvatska je snimateljica, rođena 1987. u Rijeci. Diplomirala je snimanje na Akademiji dramske umjetnosti u Zagrebu 2014. Tijekom studija radila je kao freelance snimateljica, fotografkinja i dizajnerica rasvjete. Sudjelovala je u mnogim radionicama, uključujući Berlin Talent Campus 2019, Innsbruck Film Campus 2018. te Talents Sarajevo 2016. Kao direktorica fotografije radila je na finskom trileru „Guilt“ i njemačkom kratkom filmu „First Work, Then Play”. Snimila je i kratke filmove „Emil”, „Slijedi” i „37 Days”. Domaći omnibus o nasilju, „Duboki rezovi”, na kojem je radila u suradnji s Radislavom Jovonovim Gonzom i Lukom Matićem, donio joj je dvije nagrade: posebno priznanje žirija SEEfesta – Filmskog festivala jugoistočne Europe u Los Angelesu 2019., te Zlatnu arenu za kameru na Pulskom filmskom festivalu 2018.

Eva Kraljević - Croatian cinematographer and documentary director, born in 1981 in Zagreb. She first graduated in Cinematography at the Zagreb Academy of Dramatic Arts, and then in Documentary Directing at the National School of Film and Television in Beaconsfield, UK. Over the past 15 years she has made more than 20 short, medium-length and feature films, TV series, promotional and music videos, and has directed 4 documentaries. Her debut documentary “I like that super most the best” which she not only directed and wrote the script for, but also filmed, and acted in, won six awards at international film festivals. She currently works as a film teacher at a Performing Academy for Youngsters in London and is a cinematographer on a documentary and short drama.

DUBRAVKA KUROBASA Dubravka Kurobasa is a Croatian cinematographer born in 1987 in Rijeka. She graduated in Filmmaking at the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Zagreb in 2014. During her studies, she worked as a freelance cinematographer, photographer and lighting designer. She has participated in many workshops, including Berlin Talent Campus in 2019, Innsbruck Film Campus in 2018 and Talents Sarajevo in 2016. As a director of photography, she has worked on the Finnish thriller “Guilt” and the German short film “First Work, Then Play”. She also made the short films “Emil”, “Following” and “37 Days”. The Croatian omnibus on violence, “Deep Cuts”, on which she collaborated with Radislav Jovonov Gonza and Luka Matić, won her two awards: the Special Jury Mention at the SEEfest (South East European Film Festival) in Los Angeles in 2019, and the Golden Arena for the camera at the Pula Film Festival in 2018.

MAGDALENA PTIČEK Magdalena Ptiček - hrvatska je snimateljica rođena 1994. u Varaždinu. Diplomirala je na 2020. na zagrebačkoj Akademiji dramske umjetnosti (Katedra filmskog i elektroničkog snimanja). Već je tijekom studija u sklopu nastave filmskih vježbi surađivala s kolegama redateljima. Kratkometražni dokumentarac „Doma za Božić“ iz 2018. na kojem je bila snimateljica, osvojio je nagradu Zlatna mimoza za najbolji studentski film na Montenegro Film Festivalu. U dugometražnom dokumentarnom filmu „Tvornice radnicima” redatelja Srđana Kovačevića radila je kolor korekcije. Film je nagrađivan na Festivalima Liburnia, u Motovunu te u Trstu. Na Zagreb Doxu prošle godine prikazan je kratkometražni film „Sad sam ja Irena” redateljice Jasmine Beširević, u kojem je također bila iza kamere.

Maja Radošević – srpska je snimateljica, rođena 1981. u Boru. Nakon završetka gimnazije, obrazovanje je nastavila u Beogradu te se 2000. upisala u filmsku školu “Dunav film”. Od 2004. studirala je na Fakultetu dramskih umetnosti u Beogradu, na Katedri za kameru (film i televizija). Godinama je radila kao snimateljica na Srpskoj nacionalnoj televiziji RTS, a usporedno je bila i direktorica fotografije na raznim dokumentarnim i igranim filmovima. Iza nje je više od dvadeset kratkih i dugometražnih igranih i dokumentarnih filmova, među kojima su “Četvrtak”, “Vlažnost”, “Još jedan dan“ i “Only Human“. Zapažen je i njezin angažman u TV serijama “Klan” i “Drim tim”, a snimila je triler “Zvečarke” redatelja Nikole Ljuce, čija se premijera očekuje iduće godine.

Magdalena Ptiček - is a Croatian cinematographer born in 1994 in Varaždin. She graduated in 2020 from the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Zagreb, Department of Film and Digital Recording. Already as a student, she collaborated with her colleagues, film directors, in the filmmaking courses. The short documentary “Home for Christmas” (2018), with her as a cinematographer, won the Golden Mimosa Award for the best student film at the Montenegro Film Festival. She was in charge of colour correction in the feature-length documentary “Factories for Workers” directed by Srdjan Kovacevic. The film was awarded at the Liburnia Film Festival, as well as in Motovun and Trieste. At last year’s Zagreb Dox, the short film “Now I Am Irena”, directed by Jasmina Beširević, and Magdalena Ptiček behind the camera, was shown at Zagreb Dox.

MAJA RADOŠEVIĆ Maja Radošević – is a Serbian cinematographer who was born in 1981 in Bor. After graduating from high school, she continued her education in Belgrade, namely, the “Danube Film” Film School. In 2004, she enrolled at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade, Department of Camera (Film and Television). For years she worked as a camerawoman at the Serbian National Television RTS, while at the same time she worked as the cinematographer on various documentary and feature films. There are more than twenty short and feature films and documentaries she worked on, including “Thursday”, “Humidity”, “Another Day” and “Only Human”. Her work in the TV series such as “The Clan” and “Dream Team” is also notable. In addition, she filmed the thriller “Zvečarke” (lit. Fargo je kriminalistička drama utemeljena na istinitim događajima u Minnesoti 1987. godine. Prodavač automobila u Minneapolisu, Jerry Lundegaard (William H. Macy), zbog različitih poslovnih promašaja ulazi u dugove i toliko očajnički želi doći do novca da unajmljuje dvojicu razbojnika (Steve Buscemi i Peter Stormare) da otmu njegovu suprugu. Plan je da Jerry dobije novac za otkupninu od njezinog bogatog oca (Harve Presnell), nakon čega bi nasilnicima isplatio manji dio, a ostatak zadržao kako bi podmirio svoje dugove. Taj mu se plan zakomplicira kad nasilnici upucaju policajca. Fargo je premijerno prikazan na Filmskom festivalu u Cannesu 1996. godine, gdje je Joel Coen nagrađen za najbolju režiju. Film je osvojio i dvije nagrade Oscar i to za najbolji scenarij (Joel i Ethan Coen) te za najbolju glumicu u glavnoj ulozi (Frances McDormand) uz nominacije za najbolji film i za sporednu mušku ulogu (William H. Macy). Fargo is a reality-based crime drama set in Minnesota in 1987. Jerry Lundegaard (William H. Macy) is a car salesman in Minneapolis who has gotten himself into debt and is so desperate for money that he hires two thugs (Steve Buscemi), (Peter Stormare) to kidnap his own wife. Jerry will collect the ransom from her wealthy father (Harve Presnell), paying the thugs a small portion and keeping the rest to satisfy his debts. The scheme collapses when the thugs shoot a state trooper. Fargo was premiered at Cannes Film Festival in 1996. Joel Coen received the Best Director Award. The film had global success and won two Oscars: Best Screenplay (Joel and Ethan Coen) and Best Actress in a Leading Role (Frances McDormand) as well as nominations for Best Motion Picture (Ethan Coen) and Best Actor in a Supporting Role (William H. Macy).

Following the economic collapse of a company town Empire in rural Nevada, Fern, a stoical, hard-working widow in her early 60s, who has lived her entire adult life in a company house provided by the company, packs her van and sets off on the road exploring a life outside of conventional society as a modern-day nomad. The third feature film from director Chloé Zhao, NOMADLAND features real nomads Linda May, Swankie and Bob Wells as Fern’s mentors and comrades in her exploration through the vast landscape of the American West. Nomadland premiered at Venice Film Festival in 2020 and won the Golden Lion award for the best film of the Festival. A young Finnish woman Laura (Seidi Haarla) escapes an enigmatic love affair with a literature professor in Moscow by boarding a train to the Arctic port of Murmansk. While his wife and Sy blithely make new arrangements, and his brother becomes more of a burden, an anonymous hostile letter-writer is trying to sabotage Larry’s chances for tenure at the university. Also, a graduate student seems to be trying to bribe him for a passing grade while at the same time threatening to sue him for defamation. Plus, woman next door torments him by sunbathing nude. Suočen s prelaskom na radno mjesto nižeg ranga zbog problema s alkoholom, Osbourne Cox (John Malkovich) ogorčeno napušta posao analitičara CIA-e i odlučuje napisati memoare. Njegova supruga Katie (Tilda Swinton) želi razvod i očekuje od svojeg ljubavnika Harryja (George Clooney), razvratnog maršala američkog Ministarstva vanjskih poslova, da napusti svoju ženu. At the instruction of her lawyer, Katie copies and delivers her husband’s digital financial records and other files, unknowingly including the draft of Ozzie’s memoir. The lawyer’s assistant copies the files onto a CD, which she accidentally leaves on the locker room floor local gym. Two employees there try to turn it into cash: Linda (Frances McDormand), who wants money for cosmetic surgery, and Chad (Brad Pitt), an amiable goof. Information on the disc leads them to Osbourne who rejects their sales pitch; then they visit the Russian embassy. To sweeten the pot, they decide they need more of Osbourne’s secrets. All roads lead to Osbourne’s house.

Navalny je dokumentarni film koji govori o događajima vezanim za trovanje ruskog oporbenog čelnika Alekseja Navalnog i prati kasniju istragu o trovanju. 20. kolovoza 2020. Navalny je otrovan nervnim otrovom novičok tijekom leta iz Tomska za Moskvu i hospitaliziran je u teškom stanju. Navalny je nakon hitnog slijetanja prebačen u bolnicu u Omsku i stavljen u induciranu komu. Dva dana kasnije prebačen je u bolnicu u Berlin. Upotrebu nervnog otrova potvrdilo je pet certificiranih laboratorija Organizacije za zabranu kemijskog oružja (OPCW). Navalny je za svoje trovanje okrivio ruskog predsjednika Vladimira Putina, no Kremlj je u više navrata odbio umiješanost u incident. Film je premijerno prikazan na Filmskom festivalu Sundance 2022. godine Navalny is documentary film which tells a story about the events related to the poisoning of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny and the subsequent investigation into the poisoning. On 20 August 2020, Navalny was poisoned with a Novichok nerve agent, falling sick during a flight from Tomsk to Moscow and was hospitalized in serious condition. Navalny was taken to a hospital in Omsk after an emergency landing, and put in a coma. Two days later, he was evacuated to the hospital in Berlin, Germany. The use of the nerve agent was confirmed by five certified laboratories of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW). Navalny blamed Russian president Vladimir Putin for his poisoning, while the Kremlin has repeatedly denied involvement. The film premiered in 2022 at Sundance Film Festival.

Antonio Sanchez četverostruki je dobitnik nagrade Grammy. Antonio je rođen u Mexico Cityju, gdje je počeo svirati bubnjeve s pet godina. Studirao je klasični klavir na Nacionalnom konzervatoriju u Meksiku, a 1993. upisao se na Berklee College of Music i New England Conservatory, gdje je na Studiju jazza diplomirao magna cum laude. Nakon što se 1999. preselio u New York, Antonio je postao jedan od najtraženijih bubnjara na međunarodnoj jazz sceni. Kao predvodnik benda i solo izvođač, potpisuje desetak albuma, uključujući Bad Hombre, koji je nominiran za nagradu Grammy 2018. 2014. pozvali su ga da snimi partituru za film „Birdman: Neočekivana vizija postojanja“ Alejandra Gonzáleza Iñárritua. Ona mu je donijela nagradu Grammy i nominaciju za Zlatni globus za najbolju originalnu glazbu. Antonio Sanchez – Four-time Grammy Award Winner Antonio was born in Mexico City. He began playing the drums at the age of five. In 2014, he was summoned to score Alejandro González Iñárritu’s “Birdman or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance)”. The score earned him a Grammy Award and a Golden Globe nomination for Best Original Score.

Za vrijeme festivala od 22. do 26. lipnja 2022. dodatno je organiziran dolazak na Lopud brodom Argosy. Vožnja brodom traje između 55 i 60 minuta. Cijena povratne karte za brod Argosy iznosi 30,00 kuna.

Jadrolinija ferry lines run to and from the island of Lopud every day. You can find the timetable and tickets at www.jadrolinija.hr. During the Festival (22 to 26 June 2022) additional transfer is organized to Lopud and back by Argosy ship. The boat ride takes between 55 and 60 minutes. LOPUD Na svega nekoliko nautičkih milja od UNESCO-vog Dubrovnika nalazi se otok Lopud, koji uz Koločep i Šipan čini najveći dio Elafitskog otočja. Zbog svoje jedinstvene prirodne ljepote, umijeća življenja na način koji se to ovdje čini stoljećima te inspirativnog okruženja, savršeni je odabir mjesta za održavanje Ponta Lopud festivala i susreta filmskih kreativaca i zaljubljenika u filmsku umjetnost. Lopud je relativno kompaktan, stalno naseljen otok površine od 4,63 km². Na njemu živi oko 250 stanovnika, a poznat je i po 2584 sunčanih sati godišnje, što ga čini idiličnim mjestom za ljude koji ga nastanjuju, ali i idealnim mjestom za bijeg od svakodnevice, posebno turistima željnih blagodati sunca. Otok se odlikuje bujnom vegetacijom kojom dominiraju mediteranske šume, pokrivajući najveći dio površine otoka (alepski bor i gusta makija), ljekovito bilje na proplancima te nasadi naranči i limuna. U samom središtu mjesta nalazi se park Đorđić Mayneri te mali botanički vrt u kojemu uspijevaju eukaliptusi, bambusi i nekoliko vrsta kaktusa. Posebnu prepoznatljivu vizuru otoku daju visoke, elegantne mediteranske palme smještene u vrtu nekadašnjeg čuvenog hotela Grand Lopud, jedinstvenog mjesta tadašnje avangardne arhitekture. Kao ljetovalište Lopud je poznat još od 19. stoljeća. Na njemu se nalaze dvije pješčane plaže – manja u samom središtu naselja, tek nekoliko minuta udaljena od pristaništa i velika, popularna plaža Šunj na drugoj strani otoka (do koje možete doći pješice, golf-vozilima ili morem), kao i mnoge manje šljunčane i stjenovite plaže i prekrasno uređena plaža hotela Lafodia. Kad se približavate pristaništu, panoramom dominira Franjevački samostan iz 16. stoljeća. Ovo veličanstveno zdanje (danas Lopud 1483) uz mnogo truda i pažnje restaurirala je obitelj Thyssen-Bornemisza, a sama obnova trajala je oko dvadeset godina. U njemu su smještena i pomno čuvana umjetnička djela iz obiteljske zbirke, dok se u nekoliko obnovljenih jedinica nudi i ekskluzivan smještaj. Uz prekrasni Franje-

vački samostan, na otoku se nalaze i ostaci Dominikanskog samostana te čak 24 crkve i kapelice. Danas je mali broj njih otvoren za vjernike i posjetitelje. Na najvišoj točki otoka nalazi se španjolska utvrda Sutvrač iz 1563. godine, koja čeka obnovu, a s nje se pruža veličanstven pogled na sam otok i njegovu drugu, strmu, zaraslu i nepristupačnu obalu, na ostale otoke arhipelaga, kopneni dio Dubrovačkog primorja, brda Rijeke dubrovačke te Srđ. Među ostalim zanimljivostima koje valja posjetiti je i umjetnički paviljon/instalacija Olafura Eliassona i Davida Adjayea pod nazivom Your Black Horizon, podešena za specifične svjetlosne uvjete otoka. Po prvi puta predstavljena na 51. Venecijanskom bijenalu 2005. godine, nakon brojnih međunarodnih priznanja preselila je u svoj stalni dom na Lopudu 2007. godine. Upravo se dovršava temeljita obnova Kneževog dvora na Lopudu, originalno sagrađenog u drugoj polovici 15. stoljeća, izvrsnog primjera izgradnje specifičnog arhitektonskog tipa koji povezuje komponente javne i ladanjske arhitekture, a čine ga upravna zgrada i ljetnikovac. U to vrijeme na otoku su bili i ljetnikovci brojnih dubrovačkih vlastelinskih obitelji. Pretpostavlja se da je Lopud u doba najvećeg procvata mogao imati 4.000 stanovnika, a Lopuđani su pretežno bili izvrsni pomorci i trgovci. Prije tri godine Društvo prijatelja dubrovačke starine kupuje lopudski Knežev dvor, nakon što je 200 godina bio zanemaren i zapušten i pristupa vrlo temeljitoj i zahtjevnoj obnovi. Ovaj sjajan primjerak spomeničke baštine obnavlja se donacijom zaklade Caboga Stiftung. Za vrijeme posjeta jedinstvenom otoku Lopudu idealan odabir smještaja je RMH Lafodia Sea Resort, hotel koji predstavlja izvrstan spoj elegancije, diskretnog luksuza i prirode. Just a few nautical miles from the UNESCO Dubrovnik, is the island of Lopud, part of the Elaphite Islands together with Koločep and Šipan. Due to its unique natural beauty, the art of living the way it has been practiced here for centuries and the inspiring environment, it is the perfect choice for the Ponta Lopud Festival, a place for meeting of filmmakers and film lovers. With an area of 4,63 km², Lopud is a relatively compact, permanently inhabited island. It has about 250 inhabitants and is known for 2584 hours of sunshine a year, which makes it an idyllic place for its residents, but also an ideal place to escape from everyday life, especially for tourists who want to enjoy the benefits of the sun. The island is characterized by lush vegetation dominated by Mediterranean forests, which cover most of the island (Aleppo pine and dense maquis), shrubs of medicinal plants, and orange and lemon groves. In the very centre of the island seafront, you can see an entrance to the Đorđić Mayneri Park and a small botanical garden where eucalyptus, bamboo and several species of cacti grow. A uniquely recognizable vista of the island is provided by the tall, elegant Mediterranean palm trees located in the garden of the former iconic Grand Lopud Hotel, a unique place of avant-garde architecture at the time. Lopud has been known as a summer resort since the 19th century. There are a couple of sandy beaches – a smaller one in the centre of the place, just a few minutes away from the pier and a large, popular beach Šunj on the other side of the island (which can be reached on foot, by golf carts or by sea), as well as many smaller rocky and pebbly beaches and the beautifully landscaped beach of Hotel Lafodia. As you approach the pier, the panorama is dominated by a 16th-century Franciscan monastery. This magnificent building (today Lopud 1483) was restored with the utmost care and devotion by the Thyssen-Bornemisza family, while the renovation itself took about twenty years. It houses and carefully preserves works of contemporary art from the family collection, while exclusive accommodation is offered in several renovated units. In addition to the beautiful Franciscan monastery, there are also the remains of the Dominican monastery and as many as 24 churches and chapels on the island. Today, only a few of them are open to worshippers and visitors. On the highest hill of the island there is the Spanish fortress Sutvrač, dating back to 1563, which is awaiting restoration. It offers a magnificent view of the island and its other, steep, overgrown and inaccessible coast, other islands of the archipelago, the mainland of the Dubrovnik Primorje region, the hills of Rijeka Dubrovačka and Srđ. Other highlights to visit include the Olafur Eliasson and David Adjaye Art Pavilion / Installation called Your Black Horizon, set for the island’s specific light conditions. Inaugurated in 2005 at the 51st Venice Biennale, after winning many international awards, it was moved to its permanent home on Lopud in 2007. The thorough renovation of the 15th-century Rector’s Palace on Lopud, is about to be completed. This complex, which includes an administrative building and a summer house is an excellent example of the construction of a specific architectural type combining the components of public and country architecture. Many noble families of Dubrovnik owned summer houses on the island at that time. It is assumed that, at its peak, Lopud had 4,000 inhabitants, most of whom used to be excellent sailors and merchants. After it had been neglected for 200 years, the Rector’s Palace on Lopud was bought by the Society of Friends of Dubrovnik Antiquities and is undergoing a very thorough and demanding renovation. This magnificent example of monumental heritage is restored with a donation from the foundation Caboga Stiftung.
