Seismic-Certified Ganging Racks LSGR series: RACK:
For ANCHORAGE or ANCHORAGE & RACK qualification. Essential Facility installations may require the IBC Qualifier Brace option. Lowell Seismic-certified Ganging Racks are designed to be linked together for multiple-rack applications. They feature open sides to facilitate access to wire and cable bundles and all-welded construction for strength and durability. Load-tested to 3500 lbs. (1588 kg); seismically qualified up to 1200 lbs. dependent upon model. Racks include plentiful, pre-drilled holes for wire looming, beveled edges on 4 corners, and a black wrinkle powder epoxy finish. Features: Width: overall width: 23.06" (586mm); rail-mounting width: 19" EIA (483mm). Top Closure Panels: two 16-gauge steel panels (3U & 4U or 3U & 7U depending on rack depth) create flush closure for top of rack. Panels are mounted to front of rack during shipping to provide additional stability. Top closure panels can be replaced with (optional) fan panels for active thermal management (order separately).

Recessed Rear Door: vented top and bottom for passive heat dissipation, locking.
Adjustable mounting rails can be repositioned anywhere along side rail supports. Mounting rails can be field-reversed to access squarepunched holes for alternate hardware needs.
Adjustable Mounting Rails: can be adjusted to mount anywhere (front-to-back) along side rail supports. Printed scale on each rail facilitates equipment installation while the dualseries hole pattern supports multiple hardware preferences. The pre-set 10-32 tapped-hole option can be field-reversed to use square holes for 12-24, 10-32 or 6mm screws with cage nuts. Shallow (22"D) models include 1-pair of rails; other depths include 2-pair. Side Rail Supports: provide a platform for mounting rails to be positioned anywhere, front-to-back. Cable Management Features: Top: 6" deep rear knockout plane; 0.5" knockouts along sides for BNC wireless antennae. Bottom: open design includes grounding lug for cable access. Rear: knockout panels located above and below rear door feature multiple looming options. Hardware: PilotPoint™ screws with captive washers (25-50).

Front
Front Door (LFD-series): surface, steel door extends 1" (25.4mm) from frame and includes lock and key. Mounts left or right without drilling, field changeable. 180˚ swing. Four beveled edges. Black wrinkle powder epoxy finish. Solid: single piece construction for strength and durability. Plexiglas: steel frame with smoked Plexiglas insert. Fully-vented: allows passive heat distribution. Rear

Reinforced base with corner weldments feature holes for anchors (not included).
Additional Mounting Rails (RRD-series): mounting rails with dual-hole pattern (tapped 10-32 on 1 side, square-punched 12-24, 10-32, and 6mm on alternate side). Sold in pairs. Includes mounting hardware. Side Panels (-SP suffix): 16-gauge steel, vented top and bottom. Center grips. Secure with screws (provided). Black wrinkle powder epoxy finish.
Some applications require the IBC Qualifier Brace option. Braces must be factory-installed.
