Bill Podley President & CEO

A LOCAL TRADITION As early as 1975, Bill Podley was earning quite a reputation for his sincerity, real estate savvy, and market expertise while at Jim Dickson Realtors®, a firm founded in Pasadena in 1957. And while it wasn’t until 1981 that Bill established Podley Caughey & Doan Realtors®, his growing experience over the years secured his place as one of the area’s most respected real estate professionals. In 1999, Bill sold his firm and within a few years partnered with Dickson Realtors®, creating Dickson Podley Realtors®. In 2010, the Dickson family relocated and Bill became president and new owner of Podley Properties. The Podley Properties story continues the long history of core values Bill has always upheld: integrity, people, innovation, and excellence. And his longstanding promise to clients still holds true: Powerful Advocacy. We consistently put your interests first. Specialized Knowledge. No one knows the market better. A Collaborative Approach. You always have a full team working on your behalf. Targeted Sales. For sellers, we know how to sell your home quickly and for the highest price. Exceptional Buys. For buyers, we will find the property you’re looking for just as soon as it comes on the market.
