NK’MIP CELLARS The lucky winners will begin their adventure at Nk’Mip in Osoyoos with a private tour and tasting followed by a lunch overlooking the beautiful Okanagan Lake. It is one of the
ALL-PURPOSE DRY RUB This is the classic, master dry rub that we use at the restaurant. You’ll see it in the beans, pork, catfish breading, shrimp, and on our french fries. Try it on homemade snacks, like spiced nuts or popcorn, or on average family barbecue, you’ll only need 1-2cups (250500ml). Howeever, because this keeps well, and you can use the leftovers in a lot of other recipes, we have included a recipe that makes extra. Make 4 Cups (1L) 1 cup (250ml) dried parsley 1 cup (250ml) Lawry’s Seasoned Salt 3 Tbsp (45ml) onion powder 3 Tbsp (45ml) sweet paprika 1 Tbsp (15ml) celery salt
1 cup (250ml) sugar 3 Tbsp (45ml) ground black pepper 3 Tbsp (45ml) dried oregano 1 Tbsp (15ml) mild mustard powder a pinch of cayenne pepper

INNISKILLIN Then they will travel to Inniskillin to enjoy a private tasting of world-renowned ice wines paired with decadent cheeses. JACKSON TRIGGS The 3rd and last stop of the first day will be a trip to Jackson Triggs to their infamous marble tasting bar, where they will experience a private tutored tastings of some of the best wines in the world.
DAY 2
SEE YA LATER RANCH Extraordinary views and history come together at See Ya Later Ranch. The group will take in a private tasting and enjoy the phenomenal surroundings. SUMAC RIDGE The last stop of the tour will be at the well known Sumac Ridge Winery, best known for creating Meritage and producing some of the best sparkling wines in the market.
