Your Time Brooklyn Park is a quiet retreat surrounded by farmland, yet only 5 minutes drive from Southport’s renowned shops, beaches, leisure facilities and excellent golfing. Catering exclusively for adults the luxury holiday homes are all privately owned, largely by early retired or retired couples, in a well managed and beautifully landscaped park. The park provides an oasis of relaxation with an easy pace and peaceful atmosphere. The endless, easily accessible coastline offers wildly varying landscapes, whether your looking for a perfect picnic spot, stretching out for some sea air or taking a stroll through the dunes. From 14th February – 31st January you are welcome to stay in your luxurious holiday home for as long as you like. For 2013-14 Brooklyn Park will see the redevelopment of 16 luxury plots, built to our premium standard with block paved driveways and large tree lined gardens. Ensuring a quality, beautifully presented outdoor garden area for your new ‘home from home’. Catering exclusively for adults in their privately owned holiday homes in this small, well kept community, yet with your very own free membership pass to the facilities at Riverside Holiday Park; Brooklyn Park offers it all.


There are excellent public transport links with the main bus route passing by the entrance to Brooklyn Park, offering easy, regular access to the abundance of attractions in Southport and Liverpool. Owners at Brooklyn Park are also welcome to enjoy the leisure and entertainment facilities at Riverside Holiday Park (see page 21) which is only a short walk or 2 minute drive.

Facilities Riverside Holiday Park has a wide range of facilities including a children’s play ground, extensive amusement arcade, indoor swimming pool and Riverside Rascals Children’s Club.

We invite you to join our community, whether it is with the Rosy Ramblers who take trips all over the Lake District and Pennines, or the fishermen and women of the Eden River. We also have the squash club, who are always on hand for a quick game. Or if you simply wish to sit back and take in the beautiful surroundings, there is our welcoming bar and resurant. The renovation of the bar and lounge accommodates all sorts to take your fancy; from as simple as a warming coffee and cake, to trying local produce from our new exciting menu. With entertainment such as our monthly accoustic evening, BBQ in the summer and candle lit carols in winter, there is something for everyone throughout the year.


The outdoor heated swimming pool is open for the majority of the year and is great fun no matter what the weather. There are two separate parks for children in order to accommodate a mixed age group. From simple slides and swings, to a more adventurous play areas, accompanied with the arcade which offers a wide range of games from simulations to teddy pickers theres something for the whole family.

The Mini Market is a well stocked shop with all your necessities as well as supplying good local produce at incredible value. All our owners receive 10% off most products. Wild Rose Park is situated in The Eden Valley and is in easy reach of Carlisle, Keswick, Penrith, Ullswater and The Lake District. It is the perfect location to get the best out of the beautiful North West of England. In addition Wild Rose Park prides itself on new and exciting ways to explore the Lake District and the Pennines, we are currently involved in a new scheme using Electric Bikes to explore the Pennines and the surrounding countryside with exclusive discounts just for owners.

Our Annual Charity Event 20+ full size steam engines, miniature engines, 500 vintage and classic vehicles including cars, trucks, motorbikes & military all descend on Riverside Holiday Park for one weekend in April. As well as children’s and vintage fairground with steam gallopers, donkey rides and trade stalls. With food outlets including Aunt Nellies tea room, a beer tent with live bands performing, it really is a fun filled weekend for the whole family for tremendous causes. A total of £131,532.77 has been raised for local charities, more than any of us ever imagined. It only proves a fantastic effort by everyone invoz lved and the overwhelming generosity of the public, a huge thank you to you all!
