miE'1(,F.JlIS, the N rwegian M<lle Chorus of Seattle is celebrating its Centennial during 1989, which coincides with the Washington state centemual;

and 'W'JfE~, the chams will be hosting the 1989 Pacific Coast Norwegian Singers Association SANG ERFEST, which is a song festival involving Norwegian singf'rs from the Pacific Coast stales of Califonua, Oregon and Washington as well as 13riLish Columbia; and

'W':JfE/l((}:.JlfSJ the 1989 SA GERFEST will also include choruses from the stales of llfu\ois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin as well as eight choruses and a Symphonic Band from Norway; and 'W':JI£!l(:]:.JlIS, with 1,000 singers and an 80 piece Symphonic Band performing, the 1989 SANGERFEST promises to be the SANGERFEST of the century; and WJiE~, the annual SANGERFESf helps perpetuate the Norwegian cultural heritage in song and music;
