Park is also close and has play structures for tots and older children, as well as softball fields and basketball courts. “Pleasanton Heights is perfectly located,” said Habluetzel. “It’s in close proximity to Downtown Pleasanton, schools and the gorgeous parks nearby.”

Joyce Shapiro moved to the neighborhood 50 years ago, and has seen her neighborhood grow immensely over the years. “At the time, we were the fifth house in the neighborhood and had cows literally at our bedroom window because the Hansen Ranch was next door to us,” Joyce said. The homes range in size from 1,200 to 2,200 square feet and lot sizes from 6,000 to 9,000 square feet.
