For private sittings and appointments please contact Kenny on 96 587 8424 • 686 361 594 • firstname.lastname@example.org The entry of Venus brings back a past love affair and fills your thoughts with nostalgia. A contact links you to the past as you take a welcome walk back on memory lane and cherish past moments and encounters. A time to reflect, and to chill out; this will serve to take your mind off the here and now! Mercury enters towards the end of the month. This highlights all aspects of communication, and it’s a good time to get your message out, no matter how unsure you are of the consequences. Many look to you for the good advice that you give, but without faith, nothing can happen and your words will fall on silent ears. Actions of Venus, bring mixed blessings as a conjunction is made with Pluto, Lord of the Underworld. The actions of these two mighty planets bring a host of opportunities to your door, and the decisions you have to make will help you to move on in the right direction. A new wind is blowing your way at last.
A change to plans this month, as you find yourself having to take charge, and assume responsibility. Others always seek your approval and your blessing, but now that you are to call the shots they will see you empowered and in pole position to take over. With this in mind, a promotion is sought; and you get the right results. You are right to stop and to pause for a breath since there are things to be sorted, and you have to be in the right frame of mind right now. Pressures and complications have given you a rough ride just lately, but even with foresight you would have done what you did again, in a heartbeat. Make a bid for the freedom you deserve. Though you may be somewhat surprised at the reactions of others just lately, remember that they have seen things from a different angle; one which you were urged to face and didn’t. Though you couldn’t see what was coming; they were poised and ready for the worst scenario, and ready and waiting to come to your aid.

Kenny Corris brings you the Horoscope Financial warnings rebound from the start of the Pluto retrograde in Capricorn. This brings links with unsigned paperwork which should not be signed until midmonth. You’ll feel a little unsettled since you like to square things and what’s needed is to adopt a wait and see approach for a while. Balance figures and plan some useful economies. Action focuses on your opposing sign of Taurus and actions therein with Mercury. Fore warned is forearmed and though you may want to get your message across in a dynamic and emotional way, this is neither the right time nor the right place to get the right result. If methods of communication fail, then it is you who are to blame! Keeping secrets the way that you have been were bound to get you into trouble in the end. Though you are the consummate confidante the time has come to spill the beans for the sake of whom you are protecting, before it’s too late! There is a new phase developing and it needs honesty and openness above all. Pluto is about to commence retrograde in your fourth house, and this action serves to demand some calm and patience over the next few weeks. If it’s possible, take a raincheck on any innovations and sit tight on any plans. Pluto stirs the emotions of the soul and highlights negativity so there’s bound to be some fallout. Chiron brings actions of a creative nature, and spurs you into action to start a new theme or project. Your energy levels are charged, and your confidence boosted to allow for completing that which you must. Seeing your achievements right now will stand you in good stead for future plans and give you the boost you need. The challenge has been issued and you are deliberately stalling for time. You do nothing without a reason, and you’re not going to be forced into anything you may later regret. With hindsight there is much you could have achieved in the past, but you are a person of now, and that which you have to do is to follow a new instruction in your heart.
enidorm Pride launches Friday 21st October with a themed ‘Come As You Dare Parade’ from the Bull Ring to Mal Pas beach in the Old Town. 5.30pm: The parade starts (vehicles from 5pm) setting off at 6pm led by cabaret club Molino, making its way through the Parc de l’Aiguera where there will be two auditoriums. The first will feature cabaret entertainment, with an adjacent bar for refreshment where visitors may watch the parade and join in if they wish. The second auditorium will feature a DJ, with a bar available. The parade will pause for five minutes before moving to the city hall, where participants will be welcomed to Benidorm first Pride extravaganza by Mayor Agustin Navarro. 7.30pm: The parade will move on at around 7.30pm into Benidorm Old Town, proceeding along the famous ‘Walking Street’ to Mal Pas beach, scheduled to arrive at the main stage location at 8pm to be greeted by HotMale Radio, broadcasting live.
An opening spectacular will be provided by Molinos Showbar, followed by Zanzibar Remembered, followed by a spectacular production staged by Benidorm Palace with a host of guest acts leading to a Spanish finale ending at around 10pm. 11pm: From 11pm, two satellite entertainment stages in the Old Town begin individual shows featuring drag acts and special bands. The satellite stages are located outside Open Mind, opposite Mercadona, and in Constitution Square in front of The Queens Hotel. All stages will have an adjacent bar and refreshment areas. Additionally, Dove Park (Parque D’Elche), a designated area for ladies and children, will be open on Friday from 6pm until 10pm, with live entertainments and amusements; face painting; and loads of fun for the kids! Saturday and Sunday it will be open from 12 noon until 10pm. 2am: The stages close: Revellers will be directed to gay bars and venues throughout the Old Town, many offering special Pride events and cabarets. The bars will remain open till 6am, entertaining party goers all night long! 2am: The opening club event ‘Frenetika’ will launch the party at the Underground 2.0 club in the centre of the Old Town, located opposite Zara in Calle Gambo. A dance marquee will be erected outside the club to cater for those preferring to party ‘al fresco’. ‘Frenetika’ will wind up at around 8am.
Saturday 22nd 12 noon: The main stage at Mal Pas beach will open along with a huge market lining the route into the harbor. ‘Hot’ music will be provided by HotMale Radio until 2pm, when an entertainment programme featuring guest DJs, local talent and tribute acts will keep the party going until 5pm, when well-known local and international acts will entertain the crowds until 9.30pm, when the main headline act will close the show. 10pm: The beach area will close but visitors will be welcome to continue partying at the two satellite stages
until 2am before making their way to the BGBA members bars, which will once again be open all night until 6am. 2am: Fiesta Blanca’s ‘White Party’ is the highlight of the Pride weekend club parties, hosted by Gaydar. es and featuring guest DJ’s and vocalists from the Matinee Group. A party with a unique twist – there will be TWO different zones – ‘underground’ at club level and ‘above ground’ in a tented area in Benidorm Town Centre: two spectacular parties rolled into one but each with their own unique atmosphere!
10am: The third and final day of the Benidorm Pride event will feature a multidenominational religious service to be held between 10am and Midday at the City Hall theatre. 12pm: At noon, the main stage at Mal Pas beach will open, with HotMale Radio providing music for two hours, after which guest artists from all over Europe will offer entertainment until 9pm, when the beach and main stage finally closes. 9.30pm – 10.30pm: A ‘vigil’ is to be held at the City Hall, giving guests the opportunity to remember absent friends and family: the vigil will be followed by a breathtaking firework display, finally bringing an end to the festivities. 9pm – 2am: Satellite stages with attendant bars will be back in action between 9pm and 2am, and again the bars and businesses throughout the ‘Gay Village’ will be open till late, late, late… Midnight: The event-closing ‘after party’ themed ‘Heaven & Hell’ will be staged at the Underground 2.0 Club, bringing the Pride event to a dramatic end at 8am. (‘Heaven’ Above! - ‘Hell’ Below!) Many of the participating bars will provide their own programme of entertainment throughout Pride weekend. Please refer to the official itinerary on the website for a detailed list of events and to see what is on offer throughout ‘The Village’. Benidorm Pride 2011 also provides visitors with a unique opportunity for
couples to celebrate a civil ceremony or renew existing vows. The ceremonies will take place at Amigos Restaurant and Bar in the Old Town, but must be booked in advance. Bookings can be made on the official pride website: www.benidormpride2011.com
