New home construction finance is structured differently to purchasing an established home or buying Ready Built, with phases of payments due to represent the work completed at that time. To start your building process, an initial 5% deposit is required at contract stage to ensure that your new home build proceeds to site. SCHEDULED PROGRESS PAYMENTS

During the construction of your new home, payments are required at varying stages of the build. We subscribe to the HIA Standard Progress Payment Schedule, so there are no surprises for anyone. This means that you are only paying for the construction on site, as each stage progresses.
