Listed inclusions and upgrade options are effective for deposits paid on or after 3 August 2022. Our up to savings statement is based on a comparison of the energy used by a 3 person household with an annual electricity bill of $1280 (using AER Energy Made Easy figures which assumes an all electric home without solar in postcode 4035 uses on average 4600kW per annum), with the quarterly amount payable with 6.24kW solar (our Luxury inclusions) calculated using the Pylon Observer Software tool at a daily supply charge rate of 94c, with a 21c/kWh electricity rate, min feed in solar tariff of 6c/kW, and a low self-consumption rate of 19.13% (ie high evening and weekend power usage, low during the day) based on address in postcode 4035 with north facing solar panels. Any potential savings gained by moving from a gas and electric home to an all electric home have not been included in this statement. Greater consumption of power during the day than in the evenings would also increase the savings.
