FRESHEN UP BABY CLOTHES. When doing laundry, add 1 cup vinegar during the rinse cycle to break down uric acid, soapy residue and leave the baby’s clothes soft and clean. REMOVE DEODORANT STAINS FROM CLOTHING. Lightly rub white vinegar on the stained area and launder as usual.
BONUS TIP: Magically unclog your shower drain! Remove the stopper from the bottom of your shower. Using a spoon, scoop about ½ cup of baking soda into the drain (it needs to get down into the drain under your shower), then pour ½ cup of vinegar down the drain. Behold the foaming, fizzing display before your eyes! The combination of the baking soda and vinegar will break up the gunk in the drain and restore it to a nearly brand new condition. After the concoction stops bubbling, run hot water down the drain for 2-3 minutes to move the broken up glob of hair and soap scum and other lovely residues through the system and out to the main sewer line. This will also work for your bathroom and kitchen sink!
