  Land Lease The unit price includes a 30 year land lease which will be officially registered in the name of the buyer at the Land Department when the final payment for the property has been received. The cost of the land lease is THB 300,000 for the 1 bedroom unit and THB 600,000 for the 2 bedroom unit, (this amount is included in the purchase price). Upon expiration of the lease term, the purchaser has the irrevocable option to renew the lease for an additional period of 30 years or for the longest period permitted by Thai law at that time.
