EVENT DETAILS

World Kids Fair is the one place where kids and adults can learn and have fun at the same time. The event has a large focus on education and spans various topics such as geography, maths, general knowledge and sports, while making it exciting and interactive for both children and their parents. We have a target age range from newborns to 16 year olds.

Highlights of the event include the: Globe Trotter World Showcase, Kids Activity and Play Zone, Digging Pit Parent Zones with informational sessions, Kids related business showcases and special appearances by characters and mascots.

The World Kids Fair will be held at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre, with an expansive 120,000 square feet. The event will take place over the course of three days, March 6th & 7th, from 10 AM to 8 PM.

PATRON SPONSOR: If you want to be a part of our event but for whatever reason you cannot physically manage a booth, we offer this package to you. As Patron Sponsor you can participate in what ever means you deem adequate enough for you to still have a presence at the event*. Examples include:

Please note: Rental of additional tables are a total cost of $75.00(V.A.T. inclusive) for the three day period. Requests for outlets other than the standard 110v will come at an extra charge and need to be requested when returning your exhibitor form. The management of WKF will not be responsible if such requests are not made in a timely matter, which may result in unavailability of electrical specifications. 13


INTERESTED? WHAT TO DO...

Choose the Package that is right for you, fill out the registration form and make your deposit. Fifty Percent(50%) deposit is required upon the return of your completed registration form. Registration ends on 4th February 2011. All outstanding payments must be settled by that date. Companies whose payments are not settled by that date may lose the opportunity to participate. Any companies registering on or after 4th February 2011, must submit Full Payment when returning their registration forms.

WKF Management has the final say on assigning booth placement. Placement is based on a first come, first served basis, therefore the earlier you sign up, the greater chance there is of securing your preferred booth space.
