Camp Rafael C. Rodriguez, Libertad, Butuan City--Police Regional Office 13 has awarded two security guards here on November 12, 2012 for their courage in foiling a robbery at Lucibenino Pawnshop (Butuan Branch). PRO 13 Director, PCSUPT Carmelo E. Valmoria handed the awards and cash to Edgar Conde and Harry Estember. A robbery hold up group victim-

ized Lucibenino Pawnshop at P. Burgos Street corner San Francisco Street, Butuan City on November 3, 2012 at 10:15AM. Conde, detailed at Lucibenino Pawnshop, grappled with a culprit that caused the crowd to call for police assistance. Estember, who manned the neighboring establishment, came to rescue but was shot by a robber on his jaw. “Let us prove that anyone can be a hero.
