Sandstrahl-Schablonen

Die Weiterentwicklung der traditionellen Glas-Ätzkunst ist die Sandstrahl-Technologie. Präsize Folien dienen als Abdeckmasken, um anschließend in speziellen Sandstrahlkabinen unter hohem Druck das Glas dauerhaft mit dem gewünschten Dekor zu mattieren. Da diese Gestaltungsform unmittelbar an eine Sandstrahlkabine, an fachliches Know-how und an präzise Verarbeitung gebunden ist, werden nur Glasdekor-Partner mit unseren Sandstrahl-Schablonen beliefert. (Mehr als 500 glasverarbeitende Fachbetriebe in Europa) Wenn Sie Ihr gewünschtes Motiv zum Sandstrahlen verwenden, kennzeichnen Sie bitte Ihre Bestellung vorne mit einem „S“.

Verarbeitungshinweise zu den Sandstrahl-Schablonen Das von uns gelieferte Produkt besteht aus: Übertragungsfolie Sandstrahl-Schablone Trägerpapier

Lösen Sie das Trägerpapier parallel zur kurzen Folienseite ca. 3 cm ab. Legen Sie die Folie mit dem Trägerpapier auf das Glas, richten die Folie nach der Glaskante aus und drücken oder rollen den freien Folienteil fest an. Rollen Sie über die Versandrolle Ihre Folienschablone bis zur angeklebten Seite hin straff auf, bis der abgelöste Teil des Trägerpapiers sichtbar wird. Trägerpapier langsam abziehen, während Sie mit der Rolle im Gleichklang mitgehen.

Eventuell auftretende Luftblasen können Sie mit der Rakel (Kunststoffspachtel) von der Mitte weg ausstreichen.

Übertragungsfolie abziehen und das Motiv mittels Schneidemesser auslösen.

Unsere Strahlmittel-Empfehlung: Normalkorund und Körnung 100 bis 200.

Glasdekor-Folien

Wem die edle Version in der sandgestrahlten Ausführung zu aufwändig ist, kann sein Motiv auch direkt als Glasdekor-Folie aufkleben. Die Vorteile von Glasdekor-Folien: • Gläser lassen sich auch nach dem Einbau mit großformatigen Motiven gestalten. • Texte und Motivelemente lassen sich austauschen, ohne das gesamte Glaselement wechseln zu müssen; • Kostengünstiger als die „edle Version“ in der sandgestrahlten Ausführung. Glasdekorfolien können von jedem weiterverarbeitenden Betrieb verschiedenster Branchen (Metallbau, Tischler, Einrichter, Ladenbauer u.a.) direkt bei uns bestellt werden, die Bestellung bitte vorne mit „GF“ (Glasdekor-Folie) kennzeichnen. Unsere MAC Glasdekorfolien (für Innen- und Außenanwendung) sind transluzente vinylbeschichtete Serien, die mit einem druckempfindlichen, langfristigen Acrylkleber beschichtet und mit hochwertigem Silikonkraftpapier abgedeckt sind. Die Haltbarkeit beträgt 5-7 Jahre (basierend auf beschleunigten Alterungsstudien in Außenwitterung bei vertikaler Verklebung u. bei Normaltemperatur.) Die Lagerbeständigkeit wird 2 Jahre gewährleistet (bei Lagerung zwischen 15˚ und 25˚ C und einer Luftfeuchtgkeit von +/-50%. Beachten Sie bitte für die sachgemäße Verklebung unsere Verlegehinweise.

Verlegeflüssigkeit können Sie bei uns direkt beziehen (0,5l Konzentrat)

Das Glas und die Klebeseite der Dekor-Folie satt mit Verlegeflüssigkeit einsprühen, sodass die Folie auf dem Flüssigkeitsfilm verschiebbar ist. Achtung: Eine zu trockene Verarbeitung führt zu Blasenbildung!

Die Glasdekor-Folie auf das Glas auflegen...

...und durch Verschieben in die richtige Position bringen. Verarbeitungszeit je nach Temperatur: 2 bis 5 Minuten

Glasdekorfolie wieder satt mit Verlegeflüssigkeit einsprühen

Mit der großen Rakel von der Motivmitte ausgehend allseitig kräftig ausstreichen (Entfernen der Luftblasen) Ablüfungszeit je nach Temperatur: ca. 5 bis 10 Minuten

GF SOF SPF

Splitterschutzfolie SPF

Um die Verletzungsgefahr beim Bruch großformatiger Floatingglasflächen möglichst gering zu halten, ist das nachträgliche Verkleben der SPLITTERBINDENDEN SICHERHEITSFOLIE die beste Maßnahme. Die Nassverklebung erfolgt außenseitig, der UV-beständige Polyesterfilm entspricht der DIN-SICHERHEITSNORM 52337. Zusätzlich zur Unfallverhütung leistet die Sicherheitsfolie eine EINBRUCHHEMMENDE WIRKUNG. Kennzeichnen Sie bitte Ihre Bestellung vorne mit einem „SPF“. Die Splitterbindende Sicherheitsfolie gibt es in folgenden Ausführungen: SPF 401 und SPF 4011 zur nachträglichen Ausstattung alter Floatingglasbestände (Entspricht den Unfallverhütungsstandards von Sicherheitsgläsern), SPF 8012 und SPF 8014 als einbruchshemmende Sicherheitsfolie.

Sonnenschutzfolie SOF

Die ideale Lösung zur Blendungs- und Wärmereduktion bei großen Glasflächen und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung. Die Nassverklebung erfolgt außenseitig, der 2 lagige Polyesterfilm weist eine hohe Infrarotreflexion auf und reduziert die Glasstrahlung um 80 Prozent. Das Produkt eignet sich zur Verklebung auf fast allen Verglasungen, vom Wintergarten bis zum Autofenster. Ideal geeignet zur Absicherung von großflächigen Glasfassaden als Schutz vor herabfallenden Glassplittern. Alle solartechnischen und physikalischen Daten sind Ca.-Werte und wurden von D.S.E.T. Inc. einem neutralen Materialprüfungs-Institut in Phoenix, Arizona, U.S.A. ermittelt. Der Lieferant haftet nicht für Glasschäden, die aus nicht fachgerechter Montage resultieren.
