King Street Station Plaza and Union Station Square sit opposite one another on S Jackson Street, and form a gateway to the Pioneer Square Historic District. The concept design provides detailed site analysis, surveys, concept designs, public input, and preliminary schematic design for these two important spaces. The works builds off of the 2016 Pioneer Square Parks and Gateways Concept Plan.
