TIPS

An open house can be a great way to advertise a property, and get multiple, prospective buyers to see the house on one day. Use the tips below and work with your Alpine mortgage advisor to create listing flyers and other marketing materials. With a little planning and preparation your open house will be a success! • Advertise online. Place ads in web classifieds or open house directories. • Find the busiest intersection close to the home and put an open house sign there. • Open all the drapes, blinds and window coverings to let in light.

The phrase ‘bigger is better’ has solid meaning when the ‘bigger’ is in house form. There are a number of benefits to moving up in square footage ranging from organizing baby pictures to inspired interior décor ideas to a new dining room for fancy dinner parties. Do your clients want to move-up, but are not sure if it’s the right time or the best option for them?

Let them know that now is the time! As the economy has improved, demand has increased, making this a great opportunity to sell. And with rates at historical lows, it remains a great time to buy. LISTINGS

Eco Listings are a great alternative to listing flyers. They will help save time, money, and the environment. Instead of printing 100s of flyers for a property, driving back and forth to fill the flyer box, and potentially running out of flyers and having an empty box, the Eco Listing will be there. Print it once, install it to the real estate sign, and it’s there until the home sells. Easy! There are eight designs to choose from and seven colors. Customize it with the property information, your contact information and logo. Add a QR code to futher customize your Eco Listing. Contact your Alpine mortgage advisor to get started! MARKETING TIP: Give yourself an edge over your competition by bringing a sample board to your listing presentations!

MATERIALS Marketing. Some people love it, some people hate it, but it’s an important part of doing business. Marketing doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive, and you don’t have to spend a lot of time on it either. It can be as simple as sending out one postcard a month. Really, just one postcard. That’s where we come in. Alpine Mortgage has a large library of co-brandable postcards to market you and your Alpine mortgage advisor. We have everything from home tips and just sold postcards to more specialized campaigns such as our Why? or Low Inventory campaigns.
