Davie Street Block Party For this year’s street party in the gay village, the Vancouver Pride Society wants to shift the emphasis to an all-ages event for the community. Davie Street will be blocked off from Burrard to Jervis, but only one block will be a fenced-in beer garden for people 19 and older. Carnival games start at 4pm outside the beer garden. Two stages feature live music, one inside the beer
