1. Introduction Within the framework of his activity, ZODIAC SERVICES proceeds has a call for tenders regarding transportation services of their material, described on 3 flows: -

Flow 1 : US & Europe domestic shipment Flow 2 : Intra Zodiac Services Network shipments Flow 3 : Zodiac Services to End of Customers

Logamer who is a French Freight Forwarder and Customs Broker located at Paris-CDG proposes his services with his partners. The answer to this RFP has been coordinated and managed by the workgroup: -

Frederic Thiery – General Manager Stephane Khadaoui – KAM Jean Baptiste Bonnet – KAM Vincent Lhemery – KAM Mike Luiz, Licensed Customs Broker - Kenny Gaan, VP- Gloden Globe Seattle USA.

This Workgroup worked and focus on the following subjects: -

Operational process Cost with sub-tractors (airlines, trucking domestics companies) Information flow and Information network system Quality services

2 – Generality and presentation In order to provide the dedicated team in all countries Zodiac Services, Logamer nominated his reliable partners on each main location. Ours partners which have been selected by Logamer have large experiences into Aerospace industry and work with Logamer since now more than 8 years.  Golden Globe in USA who has already experiences to handle shipments from/to Zodiac Services Atlanta and also repair stations like Menomonee, Van Nuys and Belmar. Golden Globe is also the Zodiac Services Americas’ broker since 2008.  Silk Express in Singapore who knows the Aerospace industry (customer reference: Royal Brunei).

ORIGINAL  Time World Freight in Middle East who has expertise with Aerospace industry and have dedicated Aerospace department. (Customer reference : Arabian Airline)  PS Forwarding Co. Ltd who has large experience into Aerospace industry (customer reference: …………..).  See- Appendix A1; A2; A3 and A4 (Company profile)

Although the RFP didn’t mention Service Center in China, Logamer will suggest involving a China partner, in order to cover the Zodiac Services Worldwide network.  D&T Logistics located at Beijing/Tianjin who has a dedicated Aerospace dept. will be on hold in case of spares parts & material have to be ship from/to Tianjin Airport.

3 – Principle of the organization 3.1) Dedicated teams on the main sites: To manage in an effective way the movements from and to FRANCE and USA described into the RFP, Logamer suggest a dedicated teams for each CIW (ATL & CDG). In France: Logamer CDG To manage in an effective way the shipments described in the RFP, LOGAMER proposes: One dedicated Logamer team (manager / employees / brokers with back-up) which will be introduced to Zodiac Services during the implementation. The Logamer team could be located at Logamer or on site (CIW-CDG) as per Zodiac Services requirement. The names and contacts of the teams will be provided during the implementation. The team will manage to handle the operations from/to France as per RFP: -

Flow 1 : Domestic shipments from French OEMs to CIW CDG Flow 2: Export shipment from CDG to Singapore/UK/USA/SINGAPORE/DUBAI/ABU DHABI and inside FRANCE. Import shipments: TBD

ORIGINAL Logamer will be the unique organizer, coordinator for Zodiac Service. Logamer will make sure about the performance and high quality of services of his partners. In USA: Golden Globe Golden Globe will propose a dedicated team to handle flow from/to USA as per RFP. As per Zodiac Services Americas requirement, the dedicated Golden Globe team could be at their facility or on site at CIW ATL. The Golden Globe team will manage to handle the operations from/to USA as per RFP: -

Flow 1: Domestic shipments from US OEMs to CIW ATL Flow 2: Imports shipment from France to repairs entities in USA and Export shipment from ATL. Flow 3: Export shipments from ATL or repair stations to end of customers. Hazardous Materials: Import/Export shipments

3.2) Secondary Warehouse centers: To manage in an effective way the shipments on the 4 continents described in the RFP, LOGAMER proposes his partners in UK, Singapore, Dubai & Abu Dhabi. In Singapore: Silk Express SILK Express located in Singapore will provide his services for handling all operations described on the RFP from/to Zodiac Services Singapore. The persons who will have in charge of the operations will be defined in accordance with Logamer. Silk Express will nominate a Project Manager and dedicated employees to handle flow describe into the RFP. Silk Express will introduce the team to Zodiac Services Singapore who will have in charge the Import and Export flow.

The Silk Express team will manage to handle the operations from/to Singapore as per RFP: -

Flow 2 : Import shipments from France Flow 3 : Export shipments from Singapore to end customers

ORIGINAL In Middle East: Time World Freight LLC Time Word Freight LLC located in Dubai and Abu Dhabi but also others areas in Middle East will provide the dedicated services to Zodiac Services Middle East as per RFP: -

Flow 2 : Import shipments from France And additional transportations services on request from Zodiac Services. In UK: PS Forwarding Co,Ltd

PS Forwarding Co. Ltd located in UK (Heathrow airport) will provide the dedicated service for handling all operations described on the RFP from/to Zodiac Services UK. 3.2)

Flow 2 : Import shipments from France World Service Center

In order to manage and centralize all information and requests from all countries Zodiac Services, Logamer propose to set up a dedicated World Service Center which will operate 24/24h in order to cover the working day requirement on the 4 continents. The World Service Center will have to insure, that ZS requests have been taken in account. The WSC will have to take care about all the requests come from ZS US-ASIA-France and secondary warehouse. Although the information (flight details with PO, Invoice N°, PN & SN) requested from Zodiac Services will be transferred automatically on real time through our system on-line (Logamertracking), we know by experiences that buyers will request some specifically information for their customers. 4 - Evaluations of needs 4.1) Human resources The customization (personalization) of the service will be realized by Logamer with interlocutor's implementation having the following profile :  Bilingual  Perfect knowledge on Airfreight and his environment ( security, safety, dangerous goods, etc..)  Knowledge of the Aerospace industry  Customer-oriented  Perfect control of the tools used.

4.2) Tools In order to meet Zodiac Services requirement, Logamer will provide the following tools to reach performance of services:  Brokerage services: Conex or / EASYLOG  Information tracking system on line: Logamer-tracking. Nota: This system is not a “standard system”, it has been developed as per the needs of Zodiac Service Americas. Zodiac Services is able to track the shipments with PO/PN/SN/ORDER. Documentation is available on line. Tracking information are also available from each OEM, but each OEM can have access only on their shipments concerned. Same process for the customers, they have an access only on their orders. The research can be with PO, AWB, Invoice number etc….  Statistics information: Logamer tracking is able to “extract” some statistics. Statistics are available as per Zodiac Services request.  On request, Logamer is able to set up a printer at Zodiac Services facility and print AWB, label or other documents directly on site.

5 – OPERATIONAL MODE 5.1) Flow 1: US and Europe domestic shipments 5.1. a) In US Golden Globe will have in charge to pick up every day (from Monday to Friday) orders from US OEMs to CIW-ATL. Golden Globe will organize 1 collection per day to each US OEMs, the trucking company will collect at ……………, every day at each OEMs facility. Before starting the operation, Golden Globe will visit each US location to introduce them and exchange contact. They will provide an operating process which describes how they will proceed (pick up time; list of orders collected etc….) The delivery to CIW-ATL will be done the day after. Each delivery (came from each US OEMs) will be attached with Delivery order which will mention: - Number of packages - Total weight And others information requested from CIW-ATL. Collections will be tracked and available into the Logamer-tracking. WSC and Golden Globe can be contacted for any additional information if necessary. 5.1.b) In Europe Logamer OPS team will have to handle daily pick-up from OEMs (in France but also in others area in Europe where OEMs are located). As we set up today with OEMs, each of them will provide on same day collection a manifest which describe quantity of cartons, parcels number for orders “ready to collect”. Logamer’s trucking company will collect from Monday to Friday at (time set up today), in order to reach Logamer CDG 9am the day after (Day+1). In order to minimize losing parcels, Logamer will provide label identification (which mentions our company name with address and contact) to each OEM. The labels are sticked on each parcel before collection. (This process is useful for the trucking company). The day after collection, at 9am, all the parcels will be delivered to Logamer warehouse. In order to make delivery easier at Zodiac Service Europe, Logamer will deliver on pallet before midday the same day to Zodiac Services Europes facility.

1 pallet per OEM On each pallet, OEM’s name will be mentioned on each pallet. Each pallet will contains Delivery Note (Qty of parcel – parcel number – gross weight) Each pallet will be unwrapped by our drivers if requested. Delivery note will be signed by Zodiac Services before bring back to Logamer.

Note: Logamer will provide a daily shuttle, dedicated to Zodiac Services Europe. The truck ( type 20m3), will be at Zodiac Services disposal, in order to connect easier and faster Zodiac Services Europe and Logamer facility. In order to achieve the delivery, Logamer will close the tracking and record into Logamer-tracking date, time and Zodiac’signature name. The Delivery note will be downloaded into the system (Logamer-tracking). Zodiac will have access in case of.

5.2) Flow 2: Intra Zodiac Services Network shipments
