THE CONFESSION OF FAITH
I believe in God the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried: he descended into hell; the third day he rose again from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of God the Father Almighty, from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Ghost; the holy catholic church; the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body; and the life everlasting. Amen.
Pinehaven Presbyterian Church. We are a community of sinners saved by the grace of God through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We seek to trust God and obey him, to love our neighbors, and to reach out to the world with the good news of Jesus Christ, so others might find forgiveness and freedom in him. We welcome our visitors and hope you will find a warm welcome here among the people of God at St. Paul Presbyterian Church. Please sign the visitors’ card found in the pew and place it in the offering plate. If you have questions or wish to know more about the church, please see Pastor Hill or one of the elders after worship.
