Create great creative work, with excellent creative judgment Provide key strategic vision under which all Pilot creative work is developed Provides creative direction, inspiration and expertise to all creative staff Help identify top talent, while developing the abilities of current team members Know strengths and weaknesses of team members Sets the bar creatively for Pilot, and the industry Establishes design guidelines and ensure they are met Responsible for all creative aspects of Pilot’s brand, as well as client projects Assumes creative lead business pitches, in collaboration with creative team Keeps up with industry trends and advances in technology, design and other media Works closely with other senior managers Acts as liaison between departments to problem-solve and develop efficiencies

Requirements x x x x x x x

10+ years experience in increasingly responsible managerial roles within agency environment Exceptional ability to understand, communicate and develop creative solutions to business/marketing objectives Hands on approach to creative work Proven track record of generating outstanding creative work and inspiring and motivating the same from others Experience creating and managing “integrated” creative campaigns Excellent sense of copy, type and design Superior communication and presentation skills
