Piedmont Middle School Athletics

Welcome to the Fall 2026 season of Piedmont Middle School Athletics! Welcome to the Fall 2026 Season of Middle School Athletics! We are excited to kick off another year of competition, teamwork, development, and school spirit. Whether you’re new to our program or returning for another season, we look forward to helping you develop as both an athlete and person, all while having a great season filled with energy, effort, and sportsmanship. Participation in athletics offers so much more than just competition. Through sports, students learn valuable life skills such as commitment, perseverance, leadership, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Our goal is to provide a positive and supportive environment where every student-athlete can grow, challenge themselves, build friendships, and have fun. As a member of a PMS team, you represent yourself, your teammates, your family, and our school. We encourage all athletes to compete with integrity, show respect for others, and take pride in wearing the Scots uniform. Some exciting news for you all–we are adding Girls Flag Football to our athletic program! This school year will be the inaugural season, and we can’t wait to see our student-athletes take the field, develop their skills, and help grow this exciting sport at Piedmont Middle School. We’re also excited to introduce individual and team picture days for each sport this year. These photos will give student-athletes and their families a lasting way to celebrate their hard work, achievements, and memories throughout the season. R Piedmont Resident N Non-resident f Fee included (see p. 4)

All sports team registrations can be completed through PRD’s CommunityPass website. Registration fees cover costs associated with coaches’ pay, expenses for referees and officials, quality equipment, team uniforms, tournament entry fees, gym monitors, scorekeepers, timing services and administrative staff. All student-athletes and their families are required to review and sign the Athletics Handbook before participation, as it contains important expectations, policies, and program information for the sports seasons. Please note that enrollment in Piedmont Middle School is required for participation in PMS sports teams. We are thrilled to have you as part of our PMS family and look forward to a fantastic year ahead. Let’s make the 2026–2027 school year the best one yet! Go Scots!
