If you aren't a vegetarian, or a vegan, and don't eat raw food often, this transition might be very difficult. This diet also requires a lifestyle change. You can do this by simply adding them as toppings. If you eat a burger, get it dressed with raw vegetables. Eventually, you will move on to eating that burger without the burger. When it is time to start eating raw meals instead of cooked meals, it is important to do this gradually too. Maybe you can start with just one meal a week, or at least one meal a day. When you do cook your meals, you should start by taking away the meat. Meat will be a lot harder to get rid of than cooking. So eat cooked vegetables. Eventually you will move away from this too when you start your raw vegan diet. When you start your raw vegan diet you have to make sure that you eat enjoyable meals. Stick with thee fruits and vegetables that you know you like. Your taste buds need to adapt to your new way of eating. So make sure to stick with the your favorite fruits and vegetables for a while. You should also try to make smoothies. If you are going to be using this diet, you will definitely be drinking a lot of smoothies. Again, make sure to use your favorite fruits when you make these. If you are doing well, then eventually you can progress and try more adventurous foods, and experience all that a raw and vegan foods have to offer.
