Gov. Sol Matugas, during the recently held local school board meeting, said she is now pushing for the improvement of the students’ reading comprehension in the entire province by constructing more reading hubs that will become the center of activity for students, teachers and researchers who want to sharpen and widen their knowledge. “It will also develop their reading habits, improve their learning skills and can help in reducing 20

illiteracy in the process,” she said. The said reading hub is also equipped with speech laboratory, it was learned.
