Our Story Picton Harbour Lofts is a local, family-owned and community-oriented development. Fueled by their passion for Picton and Prince Edward County, the development is the vision of long-time PEC residents Tom and Penny Brogan and David, Scott, and Sophie Walcott. The Walcott’s also own and operate the Picton Harbour Inn & Lighthouse Restaurant, located adjacent to the development site.
The partners saw an opportunity to revitalize a vacant site at the entrance to the town’s heritage district. The site was most recently occupied by the historically designated Hepburn House, which was torn down in 2016 due to being in a state of disrepair and deemed unsalvageable. The harbourside location offers a chance to showcase the area’s rich heritage as a hub of trade, shipbuilding, and industry dating back to the 1790s, while making it more appealing for visitors to the region and homebuyers seeking a turnkey residence in the heart of The County.
Picton Harbour Lofts is an exclusive collection of 34 units that combine exceptional architectural design with expansive views of Picton Harbour.

HISTORY OF THE AREA
Experience The History of Picton’s Heritage District Picton’s Main Street has served as the economic and social centre of Prince Edward County for over two hundred years. Located on an arm of the Bay of Quinte, Picton developed as a harbour and distribution centre for the surrounding countryside.
Named for General Sir Thomas Picton, the town has a profound and rich history. The industrial activities in the region, combined with the settlement of multiple affluent families, resulted in the rich architectural heritage now so valued in the County.
A BRIGHT FUTURE
Building Picton’s Future Together Just footsteps from the Heritage District, we’re proud to do our small part in continuing Picton’s industrious heritage of building a more prosperous future for the village and the region.
