PROVISION OF COPIES OF LEGISLATIVE DOCUMENTS AND PREPARATION OF INDORSEMENTS/RECOMMENDATIONS

About the Service:

In the exercise of the legislative function of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, legislative measures are passed/enacted; investigations/hearings of Administrative Complaints filed against Municipal Officials are conducted, likewise in the settlement of boundary disputes; and, as a service-oriented department, endorsements/recommendations are also prepared.

Request – written or verbal

Service Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8:00 o’clock in the morning to 5:00 o’clock in the afternoon

Fees:

Certification of Official Records – P40.00/page for the 1st copy and P5.00 for the succeeding pages Transcript of Stenographic Notes – P45.00/page Photocopy long size – P2.50/page Short size – P1.50/page (Section 104, Article A, Chapter IV of Provincial Tax Ordinance No. 2008-001)
